Bears at home, bruised bear! Congratulations where congratulations are due . Better team won on the day . You's looked hungrier, tactically more aware and dare I say it? Fitter ( the one thing Ronnie was supposedly installing into us? ) hopefully this will give our board the kick up the backside they need and rid us of this excuse of a manager . Well done guys . This result shows the genuine threat you will pose that most are in denial about.

Thanks Delbhoy from my view it was an awesome afternoon. Been hearing your looking at Davie Moyes. Can we ask that you keep Ronnie, he's a fantastic manager/ coach ( for us that is) ' thanks again DB.

Cheers. Was a bit disappointed when Deila refused to congratulate us in his post match interview. It was all about how we didn't do this or that. I'm sure MW would have said a quick congrats to Celtic if it had finished the other way. Just saying. Must have been sickening for him tbh. I reckon there will be a clear out across the city during the close season and it promises to be a right good battle next season. Bring it on!
Wonder what has happened to old mouthy (Tommy) . Cat got yer tongue?

3.) 17 Apr 2016 17:13:35
Fair one Del. Rangers carried a wee bit of luck (sitter and free kick in 90th minute) but you are right, the best team won.

Any apprehension about next season has been blown out of the water. Rangers are there on merit and on that showing today have got what it takes to challenge for the title.

Makes for a cracker next season.

Nir bitton and lustig 2 of the worst Celtic players I have seen in 10 years.

Rangers to receive 1.5 million emergency loan? Two large investors to give the loan till season ticket money starts to come in! If it is inverstors why is it a loan and not just more investment? The hedge group and the essedales are the mentioned parties!

Delbhoy1888

1.) Note - if true fans could have power to make demands, ie put season ticket money into single account - and say to get this en bloc talk to this guy.

Who do we trust most - and give him our proxy to negociate seat onto the board.

2.) At the recent AGM the board failed to get the required 75% of votes necesary to pass resolution 10 - "renew the directors' authority for the disapplication of pre-emption rights". Pre-emption rights protect shareholders from the dilution of their stakes and passing the motion would have given the board the ability to sell shares to selected investors for as little as a penny a time. The club stated that they may renew attempts to secure this privilege in future after 32. 1 per cent of votes went against them.
I would content that in the near future we will see an EGM called were this resolution will be put the shareholders again. If the loan is exchanged for shares this will ensure that this resolution will now have the required votes to be passed.
This will then allow us to see who really holds the power and also will allow the majority shareholders to offer shares to other interested parties that have been waiting in the wings to invest.

3.) The problem with what you say Paddy is, the people putting up the money are the largest shareholders so will they want to see their investment diluted, to allow their power to be dissipated. I don't think so. Administration still a real threat.

4.) Op - how many loans do you think your mob have received over the years from one specific large investor?

Sammy - are you not getting season ticket holders mixed up with shareholders
ST gives you access to watch the rangers etc etc
SH gives you a vote in the election of the board members

I have never ever heard of ST holders electing the board

JG

5.) Administration is not going to happen there is no chance smokey and the bandits are going to let their shares become worthless the debt is minimal there is plenty of scope to turn everything round make it a real viable proposition but as I have said this is the time here and now to get started there certainly been payments that have been made that were one of and iaccept some higher wages had to be paid to attract players but ther has been some real dud signings that should never had happened ally down to the one and only ally

6.) @ Allymac

What price will the shares be transferred at? Say 1p a share again, accounting for 15m of the 16m+ shares yet to be issued. This strengthens their hand at present. If there is another public share issue, their percentage holding isn't diluted and they can shares to recoup their loan.

7.) JG. its called fan power.

worst case scenario is fans hand over ST money June, and RFC folds as its all gone by oct.

But they £8m from fans en bloc, could be enough to get control, since currently this the largest income into club.

It can go in lump sum, or fed in £700,000 each month - which would prevent it disappearing into the black hole that £22m just vanished into.

ps. only saying one seat on board. not whole board. but £8m is sufficient to get a board rep at times like these.

8.) Sammy1974 I've never replied to any of your posts before but I agree on your post number 8 the support need to get there fingers out cause them running rangers must be laughing there fecking heads off they've got us bye the short and curllies and they know it why won't they let an outsider look at the books I feel like they are taking me for a person here

9.) Sammy 1974 in responce to first post I said about a year ago on here the fans should ask somebody like john greig to open bank account for supporters to put season book money into then tell the board they will get the book money once they tell us what's going down even at that they only get the money if we agree with there plans

10.) Tmwnn - was sure I was not first to suggest, but with Hearts fans and DAFC fans effect rebuilding their clubs and boards. think its time has now come.

Looks likely £8m is needed asap - but will that vanish in an instant (claim from Imran, some unpaid bill. VAT? etc etc etc)

Where as the ST money is a major income, and it could be fed into club with someone on board.

Your John Greig a great suggestion. funny how JG - does not support that - odd that?

So JG is not John Greig fan. odd that!

11.) N10 it let's us know that jg is not our john lol greig

Southsideger, the retail deal is between a sports manufacturer and rangers .
It has absolutely nothing to do with Newcastle the football club .

If you had said Ashley's shares in both clubs could be a conflict of interests then your point may have been credible

The contract only allows sports direct to exclusively sell merchandise .

If whyte Is found guilty of obtaining the club by fraud? Would the assets and all then be returned to the previous owner? ( Murray)

Colshygers Aberdeen, celtic, hibs and rangers were all told in advance of last weekends games that any issues / appeals would not be heard until the 27th due to Monday being a bank holiday . Shalke had no option but to accept the 2 game ban as he could have got more if he appealled.

A wasn't sure if it was a cross border thing bennybhoy. A was just backing up the original post . Warbs had signed the Accrington boys knowing they were free in the summer on pre contracts . I also understand that the board will be waiting on Pedro choosing his own players . A think the op was suggesting offering contracts now to ensure they get players rather than waiting to the summer to scramble or miss out?

Gary 75! Think the op means players out with Scotland . You can sign players outwith Scotland at anytime on a pre contract once they enter the last 6 months . So players due to be out of contract could be signed on pre contracts anytime since January.

Halliday (tackle ) if you can call it that? Was worse than browns last week and that was without what happened In the build up last week!
Take your biased specs off cee!
If brown did that to 1 of your players you would want him hung, drawn and quartered! It was a straight red all day long mate your own fans have lambasted the challenge

Blueblood I think the original post is someone at the wind up looking for a bite? I would say the clues were masterbates? Beer money?
