Not surprised on this one. He's raw, but clearly got talent, and you don't see many that post like him. White is like to watch him for another season, it might well make sense to ask now wine there's a lot of interest. Were in a good position to ask for top dollar. Struths boat not really low. He can't get a starting slot ahead of dessers. Good young raw player but still miles to go in development. a lot of games last season he coasted through and was just happy to nutmeg 2 or 3 players.

I love the guy, but he's only scored 11 and set up 1. If we can get >£12.5m profit, plus add ons, on him in less than 30 games we're not doing badly here. Plus it will make us more attractive to other young players and that can't be underestimated. Gone are the days these kind of players are going to be with us for a decade.

Ive a feeling we will see raskin diomande and iga all leave for the epl this summer for about 45m for the 3 15 iga 10 dio and 20 raskin with another 15-20 coming in for your dowels and davies and the rest of the list we don't need we could pull in about 60m for them all even half of that along with what funds we already have available and a few ooc players some of the players we've been linked with might not be out our reach
If we plan on playing 3 cbs we need 3 or more cbs a rb 4cm if were to lose 2 a left wing 2 right wing and a striker or 2 but from what i believe there's 5 possibly 6 ooc players inbound so we would only be looking at possibly another 5 or 6 incoming for fees unless some were loan to buy then we could maximise funds for a few players of high quality.

Some on here reckon you should be asking for between £15-£20m for Igamame when he isn't even first pick for Rangers and behind a guy half the fans don't rate and would sell for £5m. I don't get where that valuation comes from. Especially when Idah has got more caps, scored more goals last season (3 in Champions League) and probably had less starts, cost £9m and some of here think Celtic over paid and not worth that fee!
I have said this before he is a decent player right now with potential but no way is anyone spending £15-£20m on a guy who was not even the top scorer in the SPL and has only 1 international cap.

Charalampos Kostoulas is the guy Brighton are buying; the lad who tore Scotland a new one and was interesting Real Madrid. Olympiacos recently won the UEFA youth league with him starring and scoring 5 against Bayern. His potential is partially realised and he played a season in Olymiacos team.
Igamane has played 6 months of top level football not as a first pick (and because our managers dint think he was ready not cause they are idiots) so to compare the two players and think we will get the same price is ridiculous IMO. are RM in for Iga? lots of things which affect the price. IMO the prices being quoted are what our fans call Dembele dollars or we could update it to Engels Euros.

We should be selling players at their peak value. £5m is Dessers peak value.
For me Igamane can get to £20m plus add ons with another season.
Igamane turned up with a torn hamstring which set him back another 6 weeks when they already knew he would take a while to integrate.
Igamane is clearly a miles better footballer than Dessers. He was regularly shunted out to the left because Dessers was established and reliable to a degree. When Igamane is in the opposition box he is our most deadly, creative and exciting attacker by some distance.

My moaning about managers is over now that Martin has been chosen. My only critique I have for Martin now is his haircut. Watching the presser on Youtube and it's an odd one for me. I'm not feeling the buzz from it. Hopefully that just a one off. I'll support Martin till I don't just like I did with P. C. I felt the last 3 managers (including Barry) were let down by the players. We could have had Pep and still lost with the mentality of our squad.
Now I just want to see some in's and out's of the squad. Some exciting young players coming in with a chip on their shoulders with something to prove. And get rid of players who think a paycheck is the only win they need.

It's a year extension on top of the option they had to extended his deal at the end of last season so it takes his contract until 2027 I can see them loaning him out with an obligation to buy deal.
