Not posted in ages but I do follow the site everyday so going to give a rather large comment and see how my fellow bears feel as we all want change under McColl

well I for one can't wait to see McColl's team selection for the alloa game a team who has proved to be a pain for us then I will judge him on this game coming its hard not to be disappointed after the last game but it was also said there were limited selections to the big man and only being there a matter of days is hard to pick a team who would compliment any of the over rated boys we have,

its also very well commented on the site the last few days that this has to be jigs last season but if he has to be in the team has to be in a defensive mid role as he is to slow to be our last line of defence playing boys onside and not having anytime to see what's happening and make a decision yet big strong guy always has been but if he's not in the area he needs to be because his lack of pace there is real problems and can only see him in a defensive mid role,

I for one feel Robinson has had a good run in the team and would love bell back asap but would stick with him for now as he can at least kick a ball and made a few really important save but I would drop jig unless d/mid role and so my team going by who's available would be

go: Robinson

rb: smith
cb: McGregor
cb: zaliuska
lb: wallace

dcm: mccullouch only if he has to be there
lm: shiels
rm: Walsh
cam: vuckic depending on him knock
cam: temps free role

cf: Clark movements good just needs
service

with a bench of

bell when fit but think he's still abit off
Murdoch been hot and cold but shows
can be good
miller not been the best but can change a game
Gallagher rate him highly
stoney can be a star givin the chance
hardie seen him a few times not seen a bad game

we have no defenders available so best team I could pick and can't say bring in youth anymore than the boys said as seen then play a couple times

but what ever the team I just hope to see some changes but will have to wait and see

just got told dave king have now got a 15% stake in rangers has anyone else heard this and what's you're thoughts?

Mandy93

1.) BBC & DR

2.) King today on the bandwagon. Hopefully a full house tomorrow to promote the new investors, but also to get the team going.

3.) 02 Jan 2015 18:33:18
He's accepted buying shares was his only way in.Let's see if he can merge with Parks mob,or have they had a wee tiff?
Better news though.

4.) Tommie:There is no investors in the club yet pal, the money goes to the seller of the shares.

{Ed039's Note - what it does do is give them scope to influence decisions on funding and financing though)

5.) Briliant news. I have been a big critic of Dave King's lack of action but that shuts my big gub. Delighted, so onwards and upwards. Maybe now we are seeing more than a chink of light and we can go back to supporting the team.

6.) Ed has got it in one. The ability to make decisions.

7.) Billyb it takes a man to admit when he was wrong so I tip my hat sir.

I think every Rangers fan will rejoice in the great news today and I think without a doubt all the investors recently are true Rangers supporters, as you know Billyb there is still some hurdles to overcome and only once Ashley, lambias and the twins with the "wet fish" somers are removed can we truly begin the healing process and cleanse our club from the inside! Still some hiding under the blankets but there time is coming to a abrupt halt very soon, onwards and upwards so we can get back to supporting the team.

I will still urge extreme caution regarding the sports direct situation! And continue a complete boycott on any merchandise until this outrageous retail contract is ripped up and made to actually benefit the club, which begs another question what exactly did green, Stockbridge and Ahmed get for selling the jersey?

To a better 2015

Come on the gers!

ally needs to get a grip like and drop jig as is lost in defence and foster because has no attacking or defending quality and is our weak link and get boyd out the team and bring in clark the boys hungry for goals

Mandy93

Ally does indeed need to get a grip, fill it with all his belongings and walk away from IIBROX.

2.) The question is will Clark ever be given his chance.

3.) Dont see why he always brings daly on he can't run doesn't track back and only gives clark 5 mins at the end boy just doesn't have a scooby

4.) Op when the defence venture forward there problem is getting back into on time as we seen against hibs

Would be a good shout like don't want him to go as would struggle to replace what he does for anything short of 10 million, his hold up play and single handed bosses the back 4 is key to our playing style.

Shankland is a typical striker converts a lot of scraps and reminds me of a boyd type player and would properly do quite well for us I'd go with a cheeky 500 k and see how it goes not a massive amount to gamble with and could still sell on as is young enough. Cosgrove not worth 4 million, dykes wouldn't go for 1 million either Livingston would take a lot less.

To be honest don't think he threw the toys out the pram he was getting a lot of greef from then media on and off the pitch, he had a guy under his car all while his wife was pregnant and mother back home was sick the boys head was probably all over the place, no wonder he piled a few pounds on and didn't look up for it.
