Apparently knocked backed a 13 million bid for fredo from unnamed Premier League team.

1.) 28 Dec 2019 15:27:08
Because their 15m short. Source?

2.) 28 Dec 2019 15:49:21
Seriously 13 mill alfie has now moved to joint 5th top scorer in world football along side Ronaldo. Min 35 million with a sell on clause.

The usual arguement that it's only scotland doesn't apply as he is a regular scorer in European football.

3.) 28 Dec 2019 15:56:51
I saw this on football insider. Maybe a poor attempt at unsettling our player.

4.) 28 Dec 2019 16:56:38
Scottish transfer record before we even consider any bids.

5.) 28 Dec 2019 18:07:01
At least 35 million before he goes! 40m if he scores against celtic.

6.) 28 Dec 2019 19:09:43
And it's not even January!

7.) 29 Dec 2019 07:37:25
Eze qpr striker 15 goals in 100 games. Sheffield Utd just had 13 million turned down.

8.) 29 Dec 2019 07:41:15
Hearing through the grapevine that the english club that supposedly bidded for morelos was crystal palace and also heard porto very keen to push through a deal in january, for alfredo!

04 Oct 2019 10:30:27
Gerrard being far too loyal to certain players, while dropping others who have did nothing wrong also thought. mcgregor could've did better with second no explanation needed for tav.

1.) 04 Oct 2019 10:56:36
Kamara should never have been dropped👍.

2.) 04 Oct 2019 11:36:51
Who knows why Kamara was dropped, poor attitude in training? Not fit enough? I have no idea, he hasn't been great this season though.

3.) 04 Oct 2019 12:25:33
I think its harsh on McGregor to say he should have done better with it. The fault for that goal and the previous lies with Tav, I love tav to bits he's a tremendous player going forward with the ball but he is vulnerable defensively although he has improved that aspect of his game. As far as Gerrard being too loyal to some players I would have to agree i. e. Goldson. I do like Goldson but for me Katic starts ahead of him, he's made so many errors yet gets into the team every week, I feel like Katic plays amazing but can make a small mistake and he's dropped. Kamara is a shadow of the player we seen last season. He's brilliant when his back is turned to the game getting it into feet and turning players but I've noticed if he gets the ball ahead of the players behind at the edge of our box he can't seem to move it out quick enough and has been caught out a few times this season already, we will concede goals this season from this I feel.

4.) 04 Oct 2019 13:14:08
Give Katic and Edmundson a game against Hamilton on Sunday, These two guys need game time especially Katic, Or I could see him putting in a transfer request come January, As you know my thoughts on Goldson, The guy needs to be dropped and Helander hasn’t set the Heather on fire, If it was possible move Tav forward as his defending is shocking, And give the the Captains Arm Band to either Davis or Jack 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺👍.

5.) 04 Oct 2019 13:47:12
Its because he hasn't had a run of games mrgrumpy. He should have been allowed to pick up where he left off and we would be seeing the kamara that finished last season. Gerrard is to blame for taking him out the team for no reason👍.

6.) 04 Oct 2019 14:11:20
It was tav's 2 errors which cost us,
but there's nobody going to tell me that allan mcgregor shouldn't have saved their winning goal, because he should have, with a keeper of his ability. No getting away from it, Kylel1872!

7.) 04 Oct 2019 14:25:30

Have to disagree with you on that

8.) 04 Oct 2019 14:27:24
I think Jack is a great shout for skipper.

9.) 04 Oct 2019 15:41:17
McGregor was way out of position directly because Tav made an arse of it.
No way any blame lies with McGregor.

10.) 04 Oct 2019 15:59:42
Can’t believe you want to blame McGregor, total joke! He was not responsible for that goal. It all comes down to Tav he should be ashamed of himself. Goldson needs dropped, Ojo was well off it, look forward to getting Kent back.

11.) 04 Oct 2019 16:05:54
All i stated was i felt a keeper of mcgregor's ability should have saved their winning goal, end of. It was tav's fault in the first place for their 2 goals, simple as that. Nothing untoward, only my opinion!

12.) 04 Oct 2019 17:14:37
Oh my god. Surely u are not suggesting we drop mcgregor for wes? Hahahah.

13.) 04 Oct 2019 18:23:30
Guys, last nights game plan, tactics and overall performance were good and unfair to pick on Kamara. Individual errors by Tav and Goldson cost us. Need to move on now and pick up 3 points with a performance against Hamilton on Sunday. We currently have no ready replacement for Tav so he will play and let’s all get behind him.

14.) 04 Oct 2019 18:26:30
Think he should have saved it as well coops, he's a bit out of position tho simply due to the horrific mistake of tav. watched it back again and even the first goal helander should have blocked the cross but tried to go for it with the wrong foot.

15.) 04 Oct 2019 19:22:15
I've been saying for about a year that Tav shouldn't be captain but normally get shot down in flames.

He is 2 placid. I never see him get in players faces. What's tobe everyone pal.

16.) 04 Oct 2019 21:19:50
Can’t see why everyone’s blaming tav, ball was in the centre of the park and that’s Goldson area, tav was unlucky to not cover for Goldson but should be praised for spotting the danger early in Goldsons area, Goldson for me has to take complete responsibility for not being prepared on the striker in case the ball got through, and I love mcgregor but beat at his near post? , well the blame game lies 75% Goldson, 25% mcgregor in my opinion, but all in all I’m proud the players for being so close to victory, even closer to a draw, away from home in the group stage the europa, was a great performance, and just one that nights a little bit luck went against us 👍.

17.) 05 Oct 2019 09:36:27
inclined to think we play kamara too far back. he is better going forward, and probably better in advanced position than aribo, who in turn seems better slightly further back.

18.) 05 Oct 2019 11:59:56
Kamara has been really poor this season. Passing has been dreadful and a shadow of the player he was last season. Not blaming him for the other night tho.

02 Sep 2019 14:59:35
Kent on his way 7 million sky sports.

1.) 02 Sep 2019 16:35:13
Nice to have - but for 7 mill?

2.) 02 Sep 2019 16:50:46
yes for 7 million 2 goals 1 assist out of our 4 old firm goals last year!

3.) 02 Sep 2019 16:55:15
IF we sign him then for feck sake go 4411 with Arfield pushing forward from midfield. He is not a winger.

4.) 02 Sep 2019 17:18:48
if we have 7million we should of been buying better than Kent prob or best part of 3ok don't think one season and a punch at brown makes him worth it 3 maybe this turn out to be another Flo one injury and that's us ****ed wea 7million baggage.

5.) 02 Sep 2019 18:43:18
Arfield played the majority of his career down south on the left wing. He can do the job on the wing IF the other wing has someone who can run at players. He drifts inside opening up space for tav to burst forward. I said it at the start of the season jones was and is not a first team player. Ojo hasn’t been regarded well at teams he’s been loaned to in the past. Inconsistent is the word a lot of these teams have used for him and we are seeing that now. I’m happy Kent signed as he gets at players and has a bit about him that our other wingers don’t.

6.) 02 Sep 2019 18:52:54
Deecee playing leftside of a midfield as arfield has done previously, isn't playing as a winger and using arfield anywhere other than centrally is a waste of time in our system.

7.) 02 Sep 2019 21:17:08
He played on the left wing for Burnley lol not the left side of a central midfield but the left wing. I remember watching him when he was down south on the tele and he would be on the left wing and and cutting in. A winger isn’t always pacey and running at players all the time. Robert snodgrass has done a similar role when he’s been down south and for Scotland.

8.) 02 Sep 2019 22:29:08
Arfield doesn't play as a winger. He plays as part of a fluid front 3. he's not had the best start to the season but when on form is great at connecting midfield and attack.

9.) 02 Sep 2019 23:59:27
Look back at when he scored his hat trick last season. Gerrard himself said he played against Arfield when he was at Burnley and he was a narrow winger. That’s from our own managers mouth. Incidentally the game he scored the hat trick. he was on the wing.

10.) 02 Sep 2019 19:22:49
Big blue, Any player no matter how much we spend could get a career ending injury. Ye can not be a successful football club with the hypothesis that we can't buy this player or that player because he might get injured then that's money wasted! Get a grip sir 7 million is a Snip for him end of story he's worth that all day long. man city paid 12 for paddy roberts he's mince. Get behind plus i'd see the point in moaning if we had never heard of kent at all n it was a panic buy but we know his capabilities.

Thoughts on new home kit at first was un sure but it's growing on me.

1.) 29 Jun 2020 19:22:27
Looks very smart, minted! The quality will be outstanding! 👌👍.

2.) 29 Jun 2020 19:36:05
I like it tbh. Read a few comments that it's too similar to last season's - are Celtics tops not the same every season? Anyway, as long as it's got our badge, I'll buy it.

3.) 29 Jun 2020 20:11:51
Looks similar to last year but will reserve judgement to a see it in the flesh.

4.) 29 Jun 2020 20:34:24
Carbon copy of last seasons.

5.) 29 Jun 2020 20:56:45
Really understated, but very smart, like it a lot being honest 👍.

6.) 29 Jun 2020 20:58:13
Paul just seen a pic of both strips together and you are correct.
It’s poor from castore expected better from them.

7.) 29 Jun 2020 21:40:18
Cracking strips. We play in blue.
Would some prefer blue white hoops or vertical strips

I’ll be buying a few from grandkids.

8.) 30 Jun 2020 01:44:16
I like it. It's pretty plain but think it just looks really good.

9.) 30 Jun 2020 02:29:58
Dont like it either, looks like a training top.

10.) 30 Jun 2020 07:50:36
I agree Herewego55,our new castore home top is very plain, but very traditional, which is the way i prefer our home top to be and always the way it should be. Castore can be more extravagant with our away and 3rd kits, but the home kit identifies us, to who/ what we are! After seeing our players wearing the home top in the pictures yesterday, i really like it and think although plain, its very smart indeed. The quality will be absolutely superb, just wait and see! 👌👍.

08 Jun 2020 09:33:02
Thoughts on trying to get another Liverpool youngster Brewster on loan and another Leicester youngster surely, we need hardened professionals I get that the window hasn't opened but they players will still be taking a wage and the money we have should be going to players that have experience not youngsters that haven't played much or any first team games.

1.) 08 Jun 2020 10:23:54
Brewster is on a different level compared to, say, ojo.
These hardened professionals you mention, who exactly?

2.) 08 Jun 2020 10:36:45
Experienced players who have at least played first team games not inexperienced kids.

3.) 08 Jun 2020 10:54:22
I get you but also need to still building for the future. work can't stop in that department and getting these over the line just now isn't such a bad thing.

4.) 08 Jun 2020 10:57:34
Brewster was on loan at Swansea last season in the championship.
He's highly regarded down in England and would be a bit of coup to sign him.

5.) 08 Jun 2020 11:26:20
Agreed, Brewster would be a really good signing. Can't see Liverpool wanting to send him to the SPL though.

6.) 08 Jun 2020 11:38:07
Steven Gerrard would be the attraction.

7.) 08 Jun 2020 12:46:30
The attraction? SG, game time, European football.

8.) 08 Jun 2020 13:16:12
I think the boy Bassey from Leicester is ready now to play in our first team now guys, he also looks like he has the physique for our league, he has also played in Leicester's 1st team so he's no slouch. As regards these other two boys, I've not heard of them, but, I assume SG knows all about them.

9.) 08 Jun 2020 13:40:46
Irvger not played for liecster first team.

10.) 08 Jun 2020 23:02:10
Sorry John, you're right mate, I still believe he's ready for the step up with us.

29 May 2020 07:57:05
On a fb rangers page there was a discussion about if tav, goldston and kamara where to leave how much could we get for all 3 of them what's everyone a opinions on here.

1.) 29 May 2020 09:19:42
8M for the three max.

2.) 29 May 2020 09:37:31
For all 3? £16m+.

3.) 29 May 2020 10:00:45
They are worth £8-10M max but with English silly money we could get more.

4.) 29 May 2020 10:45:17
I agree with you mrgrumpy, i reckon at this moment in time anything between £16-£18million. DEEB, i think you're way off pal! Kamara if sold would be around £6million.

5.) 29 May 2020 10:53:01
It's hard to gauge what transfer fees will be in this weird situation. I think they will tumble.

6.) 29 May 2020 11:46:27
Some of them on that page 25-30 million got Pelters when I said 15m.

7.) 29 May 2020 13:51:57
16 million? Are you having a laugh? 6 for the three. Tops. English clubs don't throw money away to Scottish clubs. Fact. And they have reduced income now too.
Also, some on here have that crazy mentality. We lose some stupid games but. we beat the tic. So it's acceptable then. Rubbish. Not good enough but we Will get there.

8.) 29 May 2020 13:53:23
Me2,i recon combined they three will return us about 24 million, 3x8 =24, mate. well that's if prices get back to where they were, mate.

9.) 29 May 2020 14:40:40

It might be just my opinion, might get 10m for Tav and Kamara, and loose 3m paying someone to take Goldson. Couldn't make centre for doughnut.

10.) 29 May 2020 15:11:39
Some on here do have do have a crazy mentality. £6m for all 3?😂.

11.) 29 May 2020 18:04:35
Colonel, you say English Teams don't throw away money. Arsenal appear to have wasted a lot of money recently buying a player from Celtic. In terms of transfer fees, I reckon we can get £6m+ for Kamara depending on how many clubs are genuinely interested. We can probably get more for Goldson if rumours are to believed. I have no idea on Tav, interest seems to have waned but as Club Captain he won't go cheaply so £18k is reasonable.

12.) 29 May 2020 19:48:13
Liverpool won't pay more than 30 million for Werner. 8m for the three is optimistic.

20 May 2020 10:06:52
What's everyone's thoughts Hagi, for me he has been decent nothing more, not too fussed if we sign him or not.

1.) 20 May 2020 10:27:24
Me2 agree with u.

2.) 20 May 2020 10:35:40
I disagree with you both Me2 and John25,as i think hagi is a game changer for us. He has terrific vision, great technique with both feet, can score with free kicks and will only get better and better and that hopefully will be with us. He's that good with both feet, you don't know which foot is his better foot!
The young man can see a pass early and has the killer ball, he's a top talent for me, who'll make is big money in the future.

3.) 20 May 2020 11:16:09
Sgl total light weight. Not suited to Scottish game unfortunately. Will be kicked off park.

4.) 20 May 2020 11:45:46
Got to agree with John that Hagi is not suited for us and is not worth £5million. I would take maybe a gamble on him if it was around £2.5million. He looked ok, but I just couldn’t see him starting a game away from home but the decision is up to the Manager✌️🇬🇧.

5.) 20 May 2020 11:55:43
Sgree with john and me2. Far too lightweight had a cracking game v braga, could see he is a talent, but will get kicked off the park up here. Especially away from home, just wouldn't spend close to 5m quid on him.

6.) 20 May 2020 12:30:13
Think if we sign him, he needs to change the position he plays, not suited to right of front three, he's more effective as a number 10. Also, agree with the guys that he's needing to toughing up as he was bullied off the ball too easily in some games.

7.) 20 May 2020 13:11:52
If we don't sign him, stand by for sooper (SGL) to post the exact opposite of what he posted above.

8.) 20 May 2020 13:54:36
Just remember we all thought barasic was to lightweight and timid now he’s easily 1 of our best assets.

9.) 20 May 2020 14:08:39
Annnnnd the attitudes on here is exactly why young players run for the premier at the first ask. Oh he's too lightweight. Oh he won't hack it. Maybe we need more players with ability and class than just big lumpers. No wonder we are such a backwater league. All you lot are the same folk saying we should have kept BG and gave him. a chance. Yet he's smaller etc than Hagi. 🙈🙈🙈.

10.) 20 May 2020 14:49:52
Kri55 we r allowed to have an opinion, been going for 60 years.
Who is bg.

11.) 20 May 2020 15:08:38
Indeed you are John, your all allowed an opinion as am I. Just think the attitudes from Scottish football fans across the board is terrible. Would rather have big hack men that actual intelligent footballs. BG= Billy Gilmour mate.

12.) 20 May 2020 15:52:21
Cheers re bg. Pity he was desperate to leave us
I’m not looking for big hack men, I want players who can play and tackle.
When we last have a player that regularly puts in a tackle, not kick people.
Tav, goldston Davis kamara Aribo barisic can’t tackle. I really think it’s a dying art
Looks like Hagi signed, so I will support him.

13.) 20 May 2020 16:36:28
Hagi is class. Top players can play in any league, whether or not other teams try to kick them off the park. They tried that with Laudrup and Gascoigne but it didn't work. We need class, not journeymen. How about promoting one or two of our youth players. If now is not the time, then when is?

14.) 20 May 2020 17:14:16
Tackling in itself is a dieing art and its soon nor going to be allowed its unreal the diff of tackling when you watch old games. however i don't think, as with most attitudes on here, we should be ruling someone out, esp an attacker because he's a bit lighter n doesn't steam into tackles. His brain and ability are enough for me to sign him. The rest can be worked on.

15.) 20 May 2020 18:01:25
Lads, I’d sign Hagi. I appreciate the argument about being lightweight but look at Christie for them - he’s hardly built like a tank. Hagi’s awareness and an ability in the right position to make a killer pass could be invaluable. Who else do we have who could play no 10 role?

16.) 21 May 2020 00:28:23
Have you saw Christie, he's bulked up hugely that's why he's improved so much.

18 May 2020 20:02:19
At the end of the day we have nobody to blame but ourselves, beating that mob and going from 2 points behind to 13 behind in the space of a few weeks, just not good enough after the winter break no excuses, onwards to next season must stop the 10.

1.) 18 May 2020 21:04:20
What will make it all the sweeter if we stop the ten, will be that they will be shouting that everyone is against them. They really are a strange breed.

2.) 19 May 2020 11:36:39
There is no 10 when there is only 8.75 * just now. Come on lads, keep up.

Would you be so willing to stand bye a less known manager too many people seem to be in love with his name being rangers manager.
