Garner agrees to join. Medical will be completed Tuesday!

RFCinfinity

1.) 15 Aug 2016 20:50:01
hopefully he signs.

2.) 15 Aug 2016 21:16:17
Any more word on the cb from forest jack hobbs? Senderos no mug and we certainly need a cb who can clear his lines. could do wi a bit of pace too. in warbs we trust.

3.) 15 Aug 2016 21:21:37
Don't know how some fans can slate the lad before having seen him play. Watched some of his clips on YouTube the boy knows where the goal is that's for sure. For some reason reminds me in some respects to Gary Hooper and look how he turned out for that lot. Looking forward to seeing Garner do the business in the good half.

4.) 16 Aug 2016 06:22:36
I can't see us signing another left footed cb tbh.

05 Aug 2016 14:30:51
Jordan Thompson joins Raith on loan. Glasgow evening times reporting that a young CB is being loaned to us from Raith? Strange one as it suggests he'll be in our u20's! Can't see the point in that!

RFCinfinity

1.) 05 Aug 2016 14:43:32
After a bit of digging I can see he was man of the match against us when we beat them 1-0 away last season. I guess he's there for a chance to prove he's good enough for the first team.

2.) 05 Aug 2016 15:42:44
Surely we aren't signing a player on loan from raith.

3.) 05 Aug 2016 16:06:05
celtic sign kolo toure and rangers get a loan from raith in reply? wtf is going on I always say in warbs we trust but get the finger out warbs a get a good center back in.

4.) 05 Aug 2016 16:39:50
People are so negative. What's to lose? The boy comes in and gets better coaching, we see him on a day to day basis at a minimal cost. If he impresses I'm sure there will be a fee already arranged and we're a step ahead of Celtic and clubs down south to sign him. If he doesn't then he goes back to Raith with no real financial impact to us. Nobody is suggesting he has been signed to sort out our defence. This is exactly the approach we should be taking with our youth sides, top EPL and European sides do the same. I wish the lad good luck and hopefully it turns out to be a shrewd piece of business.

5.) 05 Aug 2016 16:49:06
Cam down James, this is obviously not a reply to Toure or a signing for the first team. Simply a club giving a youngster a chance to come and impress, give us a chance to have a look at him both on and off the pitch. Basically a way for the club to scout a promising player.

Seriously guys search for your inner chi or something, no need to be panicking or demanding at this point, its the continuation of a journey we are on.

6.) 05 Aug 2016 16:49:22
He's been signed to go into the youth system is he not?

7.) 05 Aug 2016 16:57:56
Stereoross 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.

8.) 05 Aug 2016 17:10:51
Rangers Confirmed he was signed for the Development Squad. We are obvously interested in the kid nothing to lose.

9.) 05 Aug 2016 17:13:55
The lad has been signed for the development squad. It says so in the club statement. A lot of young players were released at the end of the season, the squad that is in South Africa has an average of 17 and it's an u21 comp. Makes sense to bring him at no cost and if he plays well in the development squad he may have a chance at a permanent deal. Look at it as a 6 month trial for a youth player.

10.) 05 Aug 2016 22:36:21
Caw1 if MW spotted a player from a junior team so what,
the lad from Raith must have caught his eye, what's wrong with that, players have to start from somewhere .

11.) 05 Aug 2016 23:05:22
The only problem I have with this is that MW slates the development league saying young players need to be playing 1st team football then takes a player from raiths 1st team for our development squad?

12.) 06 Aug 2016 07:44:41
Nacho Novo started at Raith when he came to the Uk. Everyone has to start somewhere!

13.) 06 Aug 2016 09:39:16
Jamie Vardy springs to mind, just because of who he plays for, doesn't mean anything. Trust our manager, he knows his stuff.

14.) 07 Aug 2016 13:46:11
Livingston defender Morgyn niel would be a great buy imo.

21 Jun 2016 09:42:25
Anybody have any information regarding Harry Forrester's injury and if he'll fly to the US? I notice he's not back training but would be good to have him fit for the start of the season.

21 May 2016 06:36:20
More rumblings today about Sergi Canos from Liverpool. If he is available this should be high priority imo!

RFCinfinity

1.) 21 May 2016 07:11:51
Never seen sergi Canos play. Is he any good? Is he a wide attacking player? Left or right?

{Ed001's Note - wide right usually.}

2.) 21 May 2016 08:00:21
Ed001 is he rated highly down there or is he just being built up by the media like the way they always over hype young foreign players?

{Ed001's Note - fairly highly rated, he has not got the hype of Ojo, but he is a tricky lad, just needs to develop consistency.}

3.) 21 May 2016 08:07:57
Had a decent loan spell for Brentford there scored few goals, assisted some also last year of deal under £1m could get him got to be worth a punt.

4.) 21 May 2016 09:58:09
Fair play Ed I'll keep an eye out for him in the future whether he joins us or not.

5.) 21 May 2016 12:52:20
I would personally like if Rangers got him another young player in the ranks to play 1st team football and the media rate Jordan rossiter but we were excited to get him but barely seen him play but with canos he played over 30 games for Brentford I think the boy is worth the chance so I hope we get him before an English club steal him.

6.) 21 May 2016 12:52:20

7.) 21 May 2016 20:56:23
Only Priority after todays embarrassment should be a couple of no nonsense defenders.

19 Oct 2015 10:58:53
Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta have told Rangers to sign 24-year-old Israeli winger Gai Assulin, who was a youth at the Nou Camp and has been on trial with the Scottish Championship club - this is from BBC gossip, can anyone confirm that he is training with us?

RFCinfinity

1.) 19 Oct 2015 20:16:19
It was confirmed a few days ago by MW and Rob Kiernan.

2.) 19 Oct 2015 20:50:23
And i think we should sign him on a long term deal not a sort one.

3.) 19 Oct 2015 21:02:41
Going by his career trajectory I think we should have a very good look at him before signing him on any kind of contract. I trust MW though.

4.) 20 Oct 2015 10:51:55
Just beacause he played with Barcelona and man city (and was a wonderkid on FM 08) doesn't mean he's world class and should sign him long term. If he's good enough and fit's our team then go for it. In MW we trust.

5.) 20 Oct 2015 15:57:46
Its nothing 2do with playn for Barcelona or a football game its cause he's a quality player and like some1 else said could b worth millions in a few years. long term deal would help us get tht. short term wouldn't in my eyes.

6.) 20 Oct 2015 09:49:30
I also read iniesta's comments regarding assulin and he rates him highly and if a world class player like iniesta is saying these things regarding assulin then we have to sit up and take notice although I've no doubt warburton will know and do the correct thing here as after all it was he who brought him in to train with us in the first place, yet again could be a terrific find with massive sell on value.

7.) 20 Oct 2015 19:01:44
And you would hand a 3yr contract to someone who never played a game? Nor showed he could handle Scottish football? Nor proved his ability to live in a different country? We have made those sort of mistakes before mate. Many times. We can do without crazy decisions. the management will decide after a reasonable trial period. Not because they read about the boy in the paper.

8.) 21 Oct 2015 04:11:17
Lmao at the guy saying Iniesta saying we should sign him and we must take notice. Players say a lot of stuff to the press, how can you not have realised this yet?

9.) 21 Oct 2015 10:23:53
Daniel Prodan. That is all.

10.) 21 Oct 2015 11:53:19
hallett1, if he turns out to be amazing then of course sign him up on a long term deal, but my point is don't just sign him cause he played with Barcelona and man city and inesta rates him highly. Look at Freddy Adu, pele rated him to be the next big thing now he pr's for clubs for god sake.
And what's your proof on him being a quality player ?

11.) 21 Oct 2015 10:20:03
Ach what does Iniesta know anyway? I always thought he was pretty hopeless tbh. Only kidding guys, the wee man would walk into my all time world 11, no problem. If we are looking at bringing in players endorsed by the likes of Iniesta, then the future's looking very bright. It's all about the Rangers!

12.) 21 Oct 2015 15:23:20
Allyrangers the games he played for Barcelona b team thts y and am sure if he never got injured he still would be there or at another big team.

13.) 22 Oct 2015 10:14:53
he played for Barcelona 5 years ago, who cares if he was amazing then if he's good now that's all that matters !

14.) 22 Oct 2015 15:29:55
Also signed for man city after tht and again if wasnt for gettn injured who knows what would hav been eh. Now we hav a chance 2 make millions i say take the chance as he's not going 2 want a big wage is he.

15.) 22 Oct 2015 17:29:43
Hallett are you this boy's agent or something? It's the only explanation I can think of for your messages on this guy.

16.) 23 Oct 2015 10:23:03
hardly worth millions if he's getting let go by a 2nd division spanish team. i don't care if he's had injurys and 'could' have been the best player ever. Only matters what state he is now, don't just buy players because they were rated highly when they were younger, christ.

17.) 24 Oct 2015 15:40:43
So all we've established here is that the boy is injury prone? If he's got it, warburton will sign him and that's good enough for me. Oh and bluenose85, prodan was a tried and tested player when we signed him, totally different scenario.

If the Bruno Alves signing materialises I think another 1st choice CB is even more essential! Even 8 years ago I though he was extremely immobile and unless we get a quick CB we will be extremely exploitable at the back. Bates and Wilson both seem pretty slow imo.

RFCinfinity

1.) 19 May 2017 11:54:11
I do agree we need a young and pacey centreback to cover for him. Pitty we know nothing about Rashid.

2.) 19 May 2017 12:09:07
We know it's the bosses godson 😂😂😂😂

3.) 19 May 2017 15:22:07
I think we need a good strong experienced centre back alongside a younger one with strength and pace so signing alves we will be half way there and I do think that's what Pedro is going for hence the interest in the Ghanaian boy aswell.

4.) 21 May 2017 12:05:00
been saying for a while what do u think of trying to get kyle bartley fast strong and clever player and wouldn't cost more than 1 million i wouldn't think.

16 Mar 2017 18:54:43
Delighted with the managerial appointment to be honest! I'm not claiming to know much about PC but on first impression he seems to have the qualities MW lacked, for example the sense to scout opponents, adapt, and an understanding that players need to be both physically and mentally strong to get us where we need to be! I also think that he's a stronger character and hopefully his team can discover the fire and passion that W and W sadly were unable to get from the squad!

Personally I liked Warburton and would take the opportunity to thank him for his positive philosophies on football and I believe some things he implemented will benefit us in the future! He was however out of his depth and was time for him to go!

Looking forward to seeing what PW has in store for us. Onward and upwards!

1.) 16 Mar 2017 19:47:06
A very positive post and why not? I think the board has been brave and it's a position I back but a lot of fans will need to take their head out of the sand when they say they want the club back at the top. We've had 'in Warbs we trust', 'Sir Davie' and now 'King Kenny' but to really haul our way above Celtic we need a lot of personnel changes and sentimentality can play no part. Players getting too old and players better suited to a Doncaster Rovers aren't going to threaten Celtic no matter how much we like them. Look at Monaco's budget against Man City, it can be done, we can win take the league off Celtic next season with the right players. Ferguson and Aberdeen spring to mind.

2.) 16 Mar 2017 20:30:49
RFCInfinity

You should also thank him for trying to negotiate his way out of the club and being a snake

3.) 16 Mar 2017 23:56:37
All hype. Wait and see what he does over the next 6 games then see how optimistic everyone is then

4.) 17 Mar 2017 06:55:44
Over the next 6 games? Is that all he is getting from you? Abit unfair. He will need time, he can't suddenly take over a squad which is probably sub standard and turn it around instantly. He gets until the first 6 games of NEXT season surely? No faith as a lot of people have written him off already. Seems like a decent coach and training seems more intense already. Saying things like that is beyond belief.

5.) 17 Mar 2017 07:51:20
Leven Lad

I think a lot of people are sceptical as he isn't someone that we know a lot about. Yeah it will take time however if things didn't go right in the first half dozen games then he would be under pressure. Not saying he would be sacked as you say that would be ludicrous but there is no denying when managing our club if you don't start well questions will be asked

6.) 17 Mar 2017 11:22:52
Its an exciting time with having a new manager and what not but the real time to judge will be next season when he brings a couple of his own players in and gets his ways and methods implemented. we can't judge too much on the next 6 games win or lose. that's our problem bears, we get over excited when we win then we want rid of a manager when he loses a couple of games. give the guy time and hopefully he's a success

7.) 17 Mar 2017 11:23:19
Well said Leven Lad, i've just written a post on that. give the man time to get his own ideas across. the players are getting used to him and vice versa.

8.) 17 Mar 2017 11:32:44
He seems to be tactically aware which is a good sign and was clearly one of our weaknesses. Murty appliying some tactical awareness in the team for the old firm shows we are not as weak as we think defensively when we are not exposed constantly. I think Caxinha will keep doing things that way and not just ignore the oppositions threats like our previous management.

I know what you mean though and a good start will stand him in good stead, so I hope he can walk the walk since he seems to know how to talk the talk. I refuse to write him off until he gets the time he deserves though.

9.) 19 Mar 2017 01:14:49
TBF I have a friend who played against Rangers in a friendly when Warbs first took over and he actually tweeted " my god, those guys could meg a mermaid"

As bitter as the end was I can fortunately remember the change that Warbs brought to our team! and I for 1 am glad to aknowledge that

28 Oct 2016 18:20:17
Now that it's been established that Celtic will walk the league this year what should our expectations be? Personally I expect to beat teams like St Johnstone! Let's be honest, they have no quality to speak of and are fielding duds like Ricky Foster. For me these teams have less quality than the Falkirk or Hibs teams last year and although Aberdeen are better, only by a small margin. Their best player, imo, is a kid on loan from Norwich! If we improve, even a bit, I think we will take 2nd!

That being said I would stick with Warburton whether we finish sixth or second for a few reasons. Firstly, I would not even consider replacing him with any of the names we've been linked with in the past ten years as they are simply no better! We can't afford better! Secondly, the ethos he's installed and his vision has brought warmth to my heart after years mistreatment and abuse. Win, lose or draw I'm behind the man as long as he believes. I honestly pity those who are crying for Big Eck or Walter to save us! We've all been stood here holding our nerve for years so let's hold it for a bit longer and the good times will come!

RFCinfinity

1.) 28 Oct 2016 18:57:05
Speaks volumes for your knowledge of football and your respect for the league to be honest.
Aberdeen and Saints are miles better than hibs and Falkirk, the league doesn't lie.
1 min u say celtic will walk the league and u obv mean miles better than anybody but diss Aberdeen who are 2nd, makes no sense.
Your own team are no better than saints etc, RESULTS have proved this, you may say we will get better yada yada yada but can't saints say the same.
EVERYONE says once the league settles down after everyone played each other once tells you where u are.
This is where u are.

2.) 28 Oct 2016 20:34:26
Listen up motorgub, don't you bother your arse with us! that's for us to do. I haven't got a shred of doubt that we'll come good once we adapt and imo we'll finish in the top 3!Bother about your own club OBSESSED! You and many like you just prove what i and most bears have thought all along, 'ITS ALL ABOUT THE RANGERS'!

3.) 28 Oct 2016 21:22:45
Aye nae bother supercooper! This is the guy who before last Sunday's game couldn't stop going on about Scott brown this and Scott brown that! And u have the cheek to say anyone else is obsessed! How did Scott brown do in that game by the way? Seem to mind u mentioning Halliday would easily deal with him! Really was a bit different eh! lol.

4.) 28 Oct 2016 23:06:41
Yes i did say that, hindsight is a wonderful commodity wiss81.Answer me this OBSESSED. Why do you come on to these rangers pages? Stay on your own pages with your own mob ya muppets! Put it this way, you wouldn't catch me on your pages, why because you's don't ****in' interest me! Simple as that! Its all about 'THE RANGERS'!

5.) 28 Oct 2016 23:51:46
To be honest I come on here for a laugh! And the reason u don't come on our pages is because there ain't a thing for yous to come on and gloat about! And let's not pretend otherwise! If u did by chance have something to gloat about u'd be on in a shot! Lol.

6.) 28 Oct 2016 23:57:13
wiss 81, so your team earn 20 million off the champions league but how of that goes on wages for duds like ambrose and koula, your 2 keepers also, its a toss up which 1 is the worst no wonder gers chased gordon.

7.) 29 Oct 2016 01:08:11
It's a toss up who's worse between our 2 keepers! Refresh my memory, how many have u scored against these 2 poor keepers this season? And u chased Gordon! At least if your going to come on make sure u at least u speak half the truth! The big man knocked yous back as soon as the champs came calling! LolAnd koula, I'm assuming u mean big toure? The same big toure who's a double EPL winner with different teams who played in a major European less than 6 months ago, that the dud u mean? Yes he's had his CL mistakes, that's champions league by the way incase u didn't know! But I seem to remember him with the pipe and slippers on in paradise last month round about the last time Barton was seen! Now there's a real dud for u! Lol.

8.) 29 Oct 2016 08:30:21
if you think Richie foster is a dud people will question your knowledge. okay he wasn't exactly Alan Hutton but how many games did he play for Aberdeen? for us? I seem to remember him slotting in against man utd and spotting Lisbon and being one of our best players.

9.) 29 Oct 2016 12:05:16
Wiss: I would have thought a certain 7-0 score would have been a bit of schadenfreude.

10.) 29 Oct 2016 12:30:16
wiss face facts what's the point of celtic being in the champions league if they are going to make the rest of scottish football a laughing stock by their attempts to get some results, champions? call yourself that when you reach 55 titles, your last few titles are tainted as you haven't faced any real opposition from any of the scottish teams as regards your keepers i would say frank haffey would be a better option for your team, yes yousay you come on here for a laugh, well sorry to inform you thousands of us switch our tv on to watch celtics feeble european attempts and you know the old saying he who laughs last laughs longest ps. i don't go onto celtic pages either as i have more important things to do.

11.) 29 Oct 2016 12:38:28
Again I'll ask how many yous have scored against them? Forget messi Suarez and neymar! Can't believe I'm actually mentioning players of that ilk on here! Lol. your man made the point how bad our 2 goalies are and I'll ask again how many uve managed to put by them? And saying you chased big Gordon when that is a blatant lie! As your manager at the time said!

12.) 29 Oct 2016 12:39:08
wiss face facts but for kiernan s bad pass and senderos, s moment of madness in the 5-1 game the game would have ended up a score draw.

13.) 29 Oct 2016 13:05:31
wiss its not what rangers have scored against the keepers as you you keep reminding us we are a wee new team, its like celtic making the long trip along westmuir st to play shettleston juniors just as well the bottle work still isn't there as you would have been made to feel at home lol, its losing goals hen it matters, the thing is rangers will come good again and this is celtics and their fans biggest fear, there will be no fergus to bail you out the next time hogmany sevco govan v pacific shelf parkheid ( my birthplace )

14.) 29 Oct 2016 13:10:47
If it wasn't for a bad pass and senderos it would have been a score draw! Haha! Aye and if a match the winning lottery numbers tonite al be a millionaire! Only a fan on here could try and explain away a 5 going on 7 or 8 pumpin! lol. and I suppose if your keeper kept his legs shut on Sunday big dembele wouldn't have scored and you would have went on to win in extra time! Haha! And your seriously going to use the words tainted titles! Seriously? So what about this years title, which we're strolling to yet again, that tainted to! Lol. and u never mind the champions league pal, that's something u are nowhere getting to! What will be will be this year! We'll wait and see what happens when Brendan has another couple of transfer windows under his belt! Didn't do to badly in the last one I think!

15.) 29 Oct 2016 13:29:13
Not the point how we would have done v Barce, deal in reality you always say, deflect deflect. Still funny.

16.) 29 Oct 2016 13:35:45
hi wiss i don't know if you know it your team is playing today, in fact right now sky sports 5, they are struggling a bit maybe they need your support, but then again your a keyboard armchair fan, as for brendan he is getting found out when it comes to the big boys, just the same as wee strachan he will do a runner when the going gets tough, ps dembeles just put a shot into the north sea 74 minutes lol c'mon the dons this games got 1-1 all over it.

17.) 29 Oct 2016 14:36:16
Hahah Cooper you said literally yesterday you were certain of top 2 finish and we are down to top 3 already? You talk the most pish on this site.

18.) 29 Oct 2016 15:14:28
Aye big dim (apt name there) am well aware that we played and racked up another victory yet again! How did you manage up at pittodrie again? and u were convinced that that it had 1-1 written all over it! Have faith pal! Lol. and can type on here while watching the tele mate, it's quite easy actually! Haha! And no fergus to bail us out! Hahaha! We won't need wee fergus this time mate, our finances are in sound health and only going to get stronger! So fear ain't the emotion I'm felling, it's pure unbridled joy at where my club are and will continue u to be for years to come!

19.) 29 Oct 2016 18:28:06
wiss has now resorted to name calling, the way gers played today we would have ripped your defence to shreds , best thing you can do is go down to your pit hole of a pub on the gallowgate and have a game of dominoes ye ragin the night.

25 Oct 2016 18:55:34
With the blame game in full swing I feel like things are once again getting blown way out of proportion! We struggled on Sunday but what don't people understand about a work in progress! Instant gratification doesn't exist in this game even when you spend billions! What's even more infuriating is the masses that have devolved so much they are taking shots at Garner, Dodoo etc which is utterly ridiculous! How many games have they started? How many chances have we created for either? What are they meant to do for crying out loud! Some people need to have a look at themselves for real. The paranoia and bitterness is shameful and is better suited to their mob.

RFCinfinity

1.) 25 Oct 2016 19:21:12
Paranoia we could be accused of, but we will leave the bitterness to yourselves.

2.) 25 Oct 2016 19:56:24
With due respect rayman99,your supporters are just as bitter as our supporters, so get real because truth be told you lot are quite cunning and hide behind this slogan ie. 'the greatest fans in the world', my arse, you have a bitter element within your support just as we do. End of, except it!

3.) 25 Oct 2016 22:47:11
Whatever you need to tell yourself SCE.

4.) 26 Oct 2016 08:09:56
Tpp,
I need to tell myself and you for that matter that I agree with supercooper. He is right that there are those among our support who are bitter about what happened following our liquidation in 2012 for example but for you to imply that it is one sided is ridiculous and insulting. There are websites full of your supporters calling us names, saying we don't or shouldn't exist, telling us we're about to go out of business again and praying it will happen, complaining that you were cheated out of so many titles and rejoicing when you beat us in a way that you never would when you beat Caley Thistle who like us, many of your supporters would say, are a relatively new club. So, I ask myself, what does all that suggest?
Many in your support wish we didn't exist but like you can't resist coming on here and giving us the dubious benefit of your endless so-called wit and wisdom. So you know what-away and gie us peace!

ignore the celtic fans on here they are just raging that Thomson made it impious that he was helping celtic at the weekend, how brow stayed on the park, dembeles diving antics, the offside before the goal. but again referees are biased lmao.

everybody in Scotland knows celtic fans are the most bitter and hateful fans in the country.

Cee of course there is bitterness on both sides it would be stupid not to agree with that, however to twists the facts to suit your arguement could be construed as bitterness.
Goal was NOT offside (Howard Webb) who is clearly more qualified than u to know this.
Eriks goal chopped off for nothing (no mention of Hills dive) .
Goal should have stood (Howard webb again) .
Mckay should not have been booked neither Dembele (Guess who Howard webb) .
Brown sent off? You are the only person who has mentioned this, yes his challenge was a bookable offense but never a red.
In my opinion the ref had a poor game, but he had a poor game on both sides.

Liverpool Ger, to surmise:

You start with what you tell yourself, you build to what you ask yourself, and you end with what you ask of others?

Sometimes less is more.

I have to say even for Scotland that is truly embarrassing! Almost got beaten at home by Lithuania and getting pumped off a team that has one good player and zero ambition! Half of our team plays in the EPL, the rest at top Championship clubs, and we go expecting to get beaten by amateurs. The mentality from the SFA down to those 11 mugs on the field is rank! A bunch of losers to be quite honest!

Taxi for Chesney.

Think your being a bit harsh on Slovakia. Hamsik is a very good player as is the guy who scored the 2 goals.

Bite their hands off for a £1 million loss? Get real mate! He's one of our better players and one of the only few with the desire to be a winner. Players like McKay who have no fight should be first to go.

He has lots of talent but a questionable attitude and no desire to beat a man or be a winner! Get rid!

Could be the case. Pedro suggesting that a few midfielders were on the brink of signing!

Until he gets injured again tomorrow! Honestly would love to him fit for a season but let's face it, it's not probable given his injury history

To be fair NK's not the quickest but was getting level of fitness and putting his self about well before he got injured! If we get players around him that can do the donkey work he can have a strong impact next season

Sporting Lisbon made a mistake signing him! Never made their squad with years to improve and I don't see clubs queuing up to sign him! Another overrated youngster that made the wrong decision! Not worth paying the fee they'll be expecting imo

As I've posted I'd be very concerned about the mobility of them as a pairing! Wilson is slow and Alves is slower.

No! They are not good enough for the Scottish PL so why would they be good enough for the Championship? It will not happen. Also don't see why we'd get rid of Fod as he's a decent keeper. Can't afford a better one imo.

He has the right attitude, decent link up play, wins 99% of headers and will get goals if he gets chances! That's a million miles better than what we have / can attract at this time. Also, I doubt we'd get more than we paid for him so I'd definitely keep him and play him as our main striker next year!
