Is our shirt sponsor about to change this year and has anyone heard anything?

1.) 31 Mar 2021 18:52:29
Yately I thought we had extended them to 2022. I know there is an issue re betting companies names appearing on jerseys. May be banned.

2.) 01 Apr 2021 09:45:48
Good player, many young players stall before finding their form again, I think the boy has suffered through hearts situation and under the previous hearts managers, levien and Stengel were no good to hearts seniors never mind the youngsters development, he still has the tale And if true then Rangers coaches will obviously be aware of that,

3.) 01 Apr 2021 12:04:44
cochrane tt?

4.) 01 Apr 2021 12:05:19
yes yately i heard that too.

5.) 01 Apr 2021 13:12:27
Yes Cochrane, wrong place, apologies.

6.) 01 Apr 2021 13:41:24
I had posted on here a month ago regarding this yately01 🤔Our deal for our main shirt sponsor 32Red,
definitely finishes at the end of this season! Whether we will extend or go with a new main shirt sponsor nobody seems to have heard/ know mate 🤔We may possibly have to look elsewhere, as i read not long ago that boris johnston is looking into stopping betting advertising on football jerseys!

The only way we will get young Lewis Ferguson is he himself would need to push it through with a transfer request. I reckon Docherty and £2.5million is a fair deal? ✌️.

1.) 22 May 2020 09:37:01
glad you don't make the transfer decisions, i don't think he is worth 2.5million.

2.) 22 May 2020 09:37:24
2.5 without Docherty would be plenty.

3.) 22 May 2020 10:27:55
Sorry trueblue for offering an opinion and I will only do it again if you say it’s ok? This is Rangers Rumours or maybe you are new to the sits🙃🕺.

4.) 22 May 2020 11:54:07
yately01,i am not new to the site, i only disagreed with your price on what he is worth, as you notice i did not say how much he is worth, and no you don't have to ask for my humble blessing to post on this site, and if you do, leave out the emojis as they are a bit childish, many thanks for your reply.

5.) 22 May 2020 12:58:54
Docherty was shipped out on loan because he wasn’t good enough and I fully agree with Gerrard on that one. He had the heart and determination but lacking the essential skills to be a midfield meistro. Has he improved enough in his time away in lower divisions I doubt it.

6.) 22 May 2020 13:03:53
Well trueblue we will just let you make the transfer decisions😭🌈🕺.

7.) 22 May 2020 16:06:51
yeah yates yer price was rubbish.

8.) 22 May 2020 18:05:49
yeah yates and your emojis are rubbish as well, but rather than slag anyone off i have said before on here i think 1.5million is a great price for ferguson but as you know the sheep would not give us nothing, and by the way this is the banter side of the site.

19 May 2020 18:28:31
Andy Halliday and Jon Flannigan released.
Feel a bit sorry for Andy but unfortunately his playing time this season was virtually none🇬🇧✌️.

1.) 19 May 2020 18:43:57
Andy lived the dream and played a part in getting us back up from championship, but was never good enough to command a first team place week in week out. Wish him all the best though top class man. Same as the rest they just ain’t the standard we need to be challenging on all fronts, we need born winners that can dig in and play football the Rangers way! Hope everyone is well been a while since posted😃.

2.) 19 May 2020 18:46:30
Wish the guy well. But massively out his depth in the side now. Best all round he moves on.

04 Mar 2020 19:35:02
That's 3 people tonight that's said to me that the new kit supplier is to be Macron?
Things can't get any worse 😡😡😡.

1.) 04 Mar 2020 20:33:20
Embarrassing if true. Supply mostly junior and amateur football clubs gear.

2.) 04 Mar 2020 21:06:24
We should worry more about what’s inside the kits maybe?

3.) 04 Mar 2020 21:25:10
Am no buying it if it is brasskneck man.

4.) 04 Mar 2020 21:35:04
Was the 3 people Rayman, Timaloy and bhoywonder?

5.) 04 Mar 2020 21:42:35
Sub standard gear for sub standard players.

6.) 05 Mar 2020 00:49:09
Jzer, they supply most teams in our league, also do a right good scotland rugby top.

7.) 05 Mar 2020 07:05:34
Do you honestly think Adidas or Nike are going to go near us just now with being in cahoots with Mike Ashley and a court case?

The biggest brands we will not get until this issue is sorted

Do people not get that - We had to cut all ties with Hummel this year because of all this nonsense

Soon as Mike Ashley moves from football altogether the better - Poor Newcastle Utd have never been taken seriously in the last decade!

The Toyota team of the EPL!

8.) 05 Mar 2020 09:17:12
If it’s the same quality as the Scotland Rugby kit it’s a million times better than the football kit we currently have quality wise.

9.) 05 Mar 2020 10:39:18
Correct William king. Macron kit is good quality.

10.) 05 Mar 2020 11:27:53
John25 would you say macron are a bigger sportswear kit manufacturer than hummel? I think macron do manufacturer decent football kits but i thought hummel did also, in our 2 season's with them pal! I heard and i put it on here a few months ago, that james bisgrove was in advanced talks with New Balance,
becoming our new kit manufacturers for the start of next season. Hand on heart i would prefer New Balance over both macron and hummel! If my memory serves me correct, does nike not own part of New Balance?

11.) 05 Mar 2020 12:58:09
Kaz82. ,i'mreally surprised that the newcastle supporters have put up with the fat chap,i'dhate to be ashley, all that money and yet nobody to enjoy spending it with him, how would he like a card school, i wonder,i'dhave the fat cent signing at the baroo, if he sat and played cards in my company, fact. lol.

05 Feb 2020 21:55:50
Fair play to the Gers tonight and hopefully a turning point 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧.

1.) 06 Feb 2020 00:43:36
Needs to be! They don’t look like dropping points but neither did we. Need to do a re run of Xmas game at the piggery and take them at home. It can be done! People need o get of Kent’s back. Heys key.

2.) 06 Feb 2020 07:03:56
Yately01, it won't matter mate, the refs don't give us a fair game, imho.

3.) 06 Feb 2020 07:46:44
I have to agree regarding refs I don't think I've seen anything like it Last night was an utter disgrace, even the new boy Hagi took a couple of bad ones! Personally, I think there is more to it Refs just can't be that bad as to let the opposition with so much! There were two Hibs players that shouldve walked for sure! Like I said, there is more to this This needs to get sorted from the hierarchy up top (SFA) There has to to be more consistency You just have to wonder if those refs are been told to do this and getting an extra pay, reward as a result! It wouldn't shock me no more! Bobby Madden was a total disgrace last night!

4.) 06 Feb 2020 07:57:46
Paul - I agree mater - some of the stick being handed out by Hibs last night was brutal and not even subtle
Madden really should look over that game again with the Referee supervisor.

5.) 06 Feb 2020 16:10:55
The same people haven’t learnt their lessons when they all wanted tav dropped and then found out what that costs us when he doesn’t play. It will cost us not playing Kent because even when he’s not at his best he’s an important part of our play, very important and calm down on the Hagi hysteria, a lot of work to be done on him still but good start.

6.) 06 Feb 2020 17:02:28
Morelos via Celtic last year, Morelos offside goal Tyne castle.
Couple of dodgy penalties for Defoe.
They are just very poor match officials.

7.) 06 Feb 2020 21:33:27
I agree John refs are poor but I do think they treat Alfie differently to other players.

8.) 06 Feb 2020 22:55:57
Anyone who thinks Alfie is treated fairly is either stupid or a person. It makes you wonder if the refs are in Lawell and wee Fritzels pocket. It's certainly not paranoia as it's blatant as Fxxk.

9.) 07 Feb 2020 18:18:36
The look of sheer despair on Midden's face when we scored the winner and he couldn't chalk it off spoke volumes. He lost a payday bonus.

10.) 07 Feb 2020 18:26:58
Jaws, i think the official treat every rangers player differently from other teams players, seriously.

11.) 07 Feb 2020 22:02:09
Think what you need to look do is compare what is acceptable with physical challenges in Scotland by Scottish Referees against in England/ Spain/ France/ Germany/ Italy etc.

Do the Scottish referees referee a European game that they are in charge of differently to one in Scotland?

Is there a different set of guidelines between UEFA and SFA on physical challenges?

If so why?

12.) 07 Feb 2020 22:07:25
Bathgate loyal, i read in the media, a suggestion that if the refs give rangers nowt, it gets them the bigger games, and let's be honest there is only one club in scottish football that has that power, and its not rangers fc.

Read MOCbears post about the club, Manager and support all been flat considering it's our 150th anniversary! I have to agree with him and what the heck is going on? We should be rejoicing our great club and the way the board treated all us fans yesterday was shocking! That day was for the fans like myself and you guys who never got a chance to see the trophy lifted last season instead we got nothing! I am absolutely raging how the board are starting to take us all for granted after the way we have all stuck behind our great club! We should all be together right through the club 🇬🇧.

1.) 20 Sep 2021 21:13:59
Very surprised motherwell nor lyon were not full houses.

2.) 21 Sep 2021 08:13:31
Paul, People who like myself in the past would never have missed a European game are now really struggling with cash because of a shortage or work and furlough 😩.

3.) 21 Sep 2021 09:14:48
Yes yately times are hard for many fans, that’s why I feel we overpriced our Europa league package for many of our fans.

4.) 21 Sep 2021 09:38:50
Was way overpriced john, the Tim's were almost 50 quid cheaper for the 3 match package. That's a huge difference.

20 Sep 2021 07:40:52
Hello fellow bears and just thought our flag day was a pure damp squib! Not talking about the display from the team yesterday but I thought it was meant to be a day of celebration for our fans? What we got was a made up flag pole and that was it! What about making it a day for the fans with maybe flags on our seats etc and at least the Manager coming out with the trophy that none of us who paid great cash never got to see? Ever feel you are getting taken for granted and just expected to fork out hundreds 😇🇬🇧.

1.) 20 Sep 2021 09:01:26
Yeah agree about the delivery of it. Perhaps due to C.V. and no fans allowed on blue area, would’ve been nice to have seen flags or supported parade. I did, however see lots of mini 55 flags with kids etc but I think the whole thing was a bit flat tbh

I’m not sure what else giving restrictions they could’ve done, perhaps rolled out some parade of older players. But it’s ours and they can’t take that away 55.

2.) 20 Sep 2021 09:38:44
Yately01 I completely agree. I was really disappointed with flag day. I moved heaven and earth to get my missus 12 year old son a ticket because it was a big day and he came away asking what was so good about it. I agree having SG coming down the tunnel with the trophy would have been a good idea and flags on the seats to create a visual display could have been done too.

That leads me to another point which I'm sure will spark a bit of debate. The question is. What comes first, the chicken or the egg? OK I'm not actually asking that but here's my version. What comes first? The team performing better to get the fans buzzing or the fans being supportive loud to create an atmosphere to spur the team on?

I have been shocked at how flat the atmosphere has been at Ibrox recently with the only singing coming from the Union Bears section. The lyon game and then again yesterday was probably the worst Ibrox atmospheres I've ever experienced. The wee fella also asked why I have always spoke to him about the atmosphere was brilliant at Ibrox and he was left really disappointed.

To answer my own question I think we as a support need to get together and lift this team. We need to be as vocal as we can and create a stadium atmosphere for our players to thrive in and the opposition to be fearful. For whatever reason that spark at Ibrox is gone unless it's an old firm game.

3.) 20 Sep 2021 12:37:12
i think they both go hand in hand MOC, i agree its our fans who should try to lift players but its the opposite rather than cheers its moans and groans and last year without fans the team didn't need to listen to it and hence didn't become impatient and lose discipline in the last 15 minutes. that's all you could hear in ibrox yesterday. i know its difficult, i'm sure i was letting a few moans and not helpful shouts loose too but in retrospect it did nothing for the team.

4.) 20 Sep 2021 13:34:36
I don't even think the moans and groans were that bad. It was just nothing. Mainly silence. It just doesn't feel like being in a football stadium any more. I just can't put my finger on what's wrong with the whole club right now. Team is flat, support is flat, manager seems flat in interviews just now, no effort from board to make flag day special.

I know that response seems very doom and gloom but that is just the feeling I get from the whole club right now. Very very strange given that it's our 150th year celebrations on the back of a brilliant league campaign. Everyone associated with the club from the board to the fans should have a spring in their step but there is nothing. I as one supporter can't do anything to change that but I'm just explaining how I feel about things right now. Surely others can feel how flat everything is or is it just me?

16 Sep 2021 19:00:20
Ange-Ball right enough? Big Carter-Vickers is awful 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

1.) 16 Sep 2021 19:30:31
He and Starfish are awful.

2.) 16 Sep 2021 19:31:51
Betis are very poor defensively as well. I'm convinced we would beat them.

3.) 16 Sep 2021 19:42:48
Says on flashscore roofes on bench that's a strange wan.

4.) 16 Sep 2021 21:11:04
We ain’t much better.

5.) 16 Sep 2021 21:23:04
Who cares about them.

6.) 16 Sep 2021 23:17:58
We need to concentrate in sorting our deficiencies without having a laugh at them, we were very poor tonight.

07 Sep 2021 20:52:03
If you guys recall about a few weeks ago I criticised the club they way they were carrying on with the media situation. I read a lot of the replies and a lot were critical of myself! After the debacle with Daily Rebel I have to admit I have called it wrong and most of you guys were right! Certainly keep the Record and the rest of these parasites out of Ibrox✌️✌️✌️.

1.) 08 Sep 2021 05:19:55
Yately everyone should be keeping the Daily Record out of their lives. Do not buy the paper and most importantly do not click on any articles online written by them. Starve them of any income.

2.) 08 Sep 2021 08:42:27
Yately, we are now run on a professional basis but professional people who have Rangers best interest at heart.

We have been battered from all sides (SNP, Glasgow Council, Prosecution service, HMRC, Scottish media and the SFA) for too long and although we as a club have not always been entirely innocent throughout, there is no denying that there is an Irish West of Scotland bias against us.

We are now fighting back in an attempt to be treated fairly.

05 Sep 2021 08:15:00
Was reading an article today about Andrew Consadine of Aberdeen and how he had suffered a real bad injury likely to put him out for the rest of the season in the last year of his contract. It looks unlikely the sheep are going to renew his contract as he's 34. The reason I have brought this for discussion is Conor Goldson is now running his contract down presumably to leave the club for nothing in the summer. The question is what would happen if Conor did get a bad injury and then couldn't get another club? I understand him and Kamara do want the best deals possible but surely 3/ 4 years contracts give the player stability? Thoughts guys or are Conor/ Glen just wanting away as we have a lot of great players who will be going into the last year of their contracts✌️.

1.) 05 Sep 2021 09:14:02
In those circumstances I’d expect if Conor was offered a contract he’d accept.

2.) 05 Sep 2021 10:01:54
Yately I assume insurance would cover him.

Coop, Jack is a great player no doubt about it, but is far to injury prone and it’s such a shame! I would be surprised if he plays 15 games this season and that’s no good to us✌️🤬.
