Marco Rojas rumours about a transfer in the summer.

jamieorourke_

1.) 27 Mar 2018 21:41:13
here we go!

2.) 28 Mar 2018 09:07:34
In the last couple of days we've had ANOTHER 'unknown' saviour coming to buy us, as early as next week? we've got new strip makers, with at least 3 companies 'guaranteed' because of inside info ; ; we've got shirt sponsors - take your pick, announcement imminent - inside info? There are suggestions to get rid of at least 12 players, with no plan or money to pay them off or where they are expected to go. Now we have transfer speculation for next year?
Maybe just me guys, but I would have thought the priority would be getting 2nd (by no means guaranteed) and with a bit of luck a win in the semi.
All of the other stuff will deal with itself and maybe just maybe things will look even better fro next season.

3.) 28 Mar 2018 09:17:10
Bil72. What we have here is group of guys just making up stories for fun, bigger problems ahead if we r not careful.
We need king to move on so we can progress

4.) 28 Mar 2018 09:20:19
Good well thought out post bil72!You're spot on in everything you say mate! Although when we all have our say on ie. our possible new kit manufacturers, possible new shirt sponsors, new investment, possible new manager etc, its because we're very eager to have our wonderful football club back, to what it once was! I'm most definitely all for giving graeme murty a chance next season as our permanent manager, on a 12 month rolling contract! However i have a very sneaking feeling that frank de boer will be the new rangers manager for the start of next season!

5.) 28 Mar 2018 11:19:30
We do need to concentrate on 2nd, but bil lighten up pal, if we didn't have these rumours there probably wouldn't be rangersrumours site lol. Just a bit of banter.

6.) 28 Mar 2018 12:10:03
I do agree with Bill72 but the Rojas rumour I have heard also but again just rumours would like it to be true as he looks like a great wee player and would sell on for profit.

7.) 28 Mar 2018 12:36:15
Aye never mind he would cost upwards of ten mill and be on about 80k a week!

8.) 28 Mar 2018 12:33:02
Supercoopereleven - Frank De Boer? You can't be serious? Did you see his record down South?

No thanks!

9.) 28 Mar 2018 13:38:50
Get a grip gmartin8!Frank de boer had a mere 5 games as crystal palace manager! How can you judge ANY manager in that space of time! Into the bargain i'm NOT saying frank de boer would be my own personal no.1 choice to be the next rangers manager, my post read i have a sneaking feeling he will be our next manager!

10.) 28 Mar 2018 15:42:29
So who is your preferred manager supercooper?

11.) 28 Mar 2018 16:06:51
For me has to b gio was going to tbrow rino in mix but he signing new ac milan deal

12.) 28 Mar 2018 16:30:33
Briangersfan, i've constantly posted on here, that i think graeme murty should be our permanent manager beyond this season on a 12 month rolling contract! There you go, i've said it again! I'll now reverse the question to you! So Briangersfan, who's your preferred rangers permanent manager, beyond this season?

13.) 28 Mar 2018 18:52:02
does 12month rolling contract not mean we have to give 12 months notice. ie if e want rid at christmas we need pay until dec 2019

14.) 28 Mar 2018 19:22:47
I’ve said it before, we need a Manager with plenty of experience as the next few years are critical and Murty certainly doesn’t have this! The Gers job is no doubt a tough job and to be honest it really is hard to think of the right guy? De Boer will be hungry for a new challenge and could regain some reputation with us? 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

15.) 28 Mar 2018 19:55:02
Yately1,who would your pick be for our next manager my friend?

16.) 28 Mar 2018 20:47:23
Brilliant question Coop? I am racking my brains and in the old days guys would have bit your hand off for the job, but not now it seems! It’s sad and maybe Murty is the only option or De Boer? 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

17.) 28 Mar 2018 20:50:04
Supercooper, I posted few weeks ago about Frank De Boer and got shot down. Not out of realms of possibility.

18.) 28 Mar 2018 20:57:47
I want to buy rangers for £2 I'll double previous offers then walk into the sunset with a cigar with millions in my pocket

😁😁😁😁

19.) 28 Mar 2018 21:01:33
12 month rolling contract is just a 12 month contract that automatically renews unless either party steps in to stop it.

20.) 29 Mar 2018 13:38:00
And still they listen to the chancer, you told everyone for months Billy Davies, now its murty, , how many nam can you mention? Mad as the march hare,
Tommy

If the rumours are true or if it is just a rumour Marcondes seems to be a pretty decent player. Had a look up on him seen some quality stuff

jamieorourke_

1.) 16 Feb 2018 12:49:35
Marcondes is a decent young player, living out in Copenhagen I’ve seen him play for Nordsjaelland and he is an impressive young player. Hasn’t maybe lived up to the potential he was touted to show in the championship, but with all respects to both leagues, having flourished in Denmark, I can’t see performing in the SPFL being too much of an issue. A player i would definitely give a chance is space becomes available

Would love to see SG new manager. It would attract a pedigree of quality as he was one of the biggest names in football. Maybe yes lack on experience in management but he's played at the top level and i'm sure learned a lot at the top level about how to manage a team. No doubt just rumours as per but if he was appointed i'd be more than happy.

jamieorourke_

1.) 25 Apr 2018 21:42:50
No experience at all. So a very big gamble. Rangers need to stabilise the club and build up over the next 2 or 3 seasons not take a punt on a manager like they did with Pedro. No use a manager coming in to learn his trade but dream on.

04 Mar 2018 19:01:38
100x better from Cummings today. he's getting into spaces he needs to to score goals. Showed a lot of confidence and was good under pressure. Well done on your first hatrick mate.

jamieorourke_

1.) 04 Mar 2018 19:19:30
We’re playing well defending bit dodgy at times . let’s hooe they can step up and give a good account of ourselves against them . they don’t think we’re near them we shouldn’t be on same pitch let’s hope we can shut them up next week

2.) 04 Mar 2018 20:30:22
I think Alves has to play next week. He is clasd with all the ecperience in the world. The guy strolled through the game. His passing and positional play were ecvellent. Also Halliday gets some stick on here but I think he was very good today. Assuming John doesn't make it and Murphy does I would go with Foderingham
Tavernier
Bates
Alves
Halliday
Goss
Docherty
Murphy
Candeias
Morelos
Windass
I'd have the likes of Miller, Cummings, Holt on the bench to freshen things up in the second half.
We are at home. Let's get right intake them. See what they are made of!

18 Feb 2018 19:20:08
Agree with what Dave was saying. Look fair enough Murty hasn't been 100% he has made mistakes but regardless i think he is the man for the job especially with finishing 2nd. Its not just a job for him the passion ooses out of him he cares for club players and fans, that's what you want in a manager

17 Feb 2018 17:18:48
Dont think were in the situation not to accept 11m for morelos. As good as he is its a lot of profit for a guy that is kean to move. i'd love to see him stay he's class but c'mon lads 11m for a man bought for just 1m is 11 times what we pajd for him

jamieorourke_

1.) 17 Feb 2018 22:15:10
Yes good idea sell our talisman and top scorer. Then end up not winning Scottish cup and 4th in the SPL behind Hibs and Aberdeen. We are Rangers . Look at the players in the past we lost early and went on to greatness. Some of the players like Gatuuso, Arteta, Gio would probably be worth 20+ million these days. Morleos could be a future Aguero/ Siaurez for all we know. I hope we keep Fredo. Goal in 1 in every 2 is priceless. Lone him to a Premier club. If he continues to score then put the price up to 50 million.

2.) 18 Feb 2018 10:22:37
Cue the giggling green trolls who constantly berate Morales while insisting their club should be banking up to 80 million dembellend dollars. You couldn't make it up!

3.) 18 Feb 2018 11:55:45
TJBB you still drunk from the night before. What has Morelos actually done? His record in the finish league is only the finish league I'm pretty sure not every team in there is even full time. 2ndly he's scored a few goals in the league and cups in Scotland against mediocre teams. He's no proven European pedigree, and genuinely with no disrespect but your European results show he's in a somewhat below average team at the moment (things may change for Scottish footballs sake) . The reason Celtic fans went on about dembele is he's proven he has the raw materials to be great. His European debut he scores a penalty last minute go put us through. He's showed up against you proves he can handle high pressure games. Puts goals in against the likes of Man City and PSG. The boys 21 and played at championship level already was comfortable there at 19 years old. He's a youth player via PSG an moved on only for game time. He's been stop and start with injuries this year and I recon his value would have taken a hit but with another few months to rectify this the boys got a future. This is all proven what has Morales don't to merit a hefty fee? Take the blue specks off compare to your teams in the past and honestly would he even get a game. What makes you think premier league teams would pay ridiculous fees for him. One of your fans said earlier with the Chinese team full and the fees theyd have to pay do you actually believe an 11 million was offered. And a club who's surviving until the end of the season on soft loans could knock that money back. You'd use that money to safe passage the season without any bother. Stop being so deluded. It looks pathetic.

4.) 18 Feb 2018 12:17:21
tjbb - remember its a business too, with that kind of funding we would be insane not to grab it with both hands

5.) 18 Feb 2018 12:19:00
Tjbb. Loan him to a Premier club. it that an admission that another bankruptcy is pending, and new rangers the 3rd will be in the lowland league.

6.) 18 Feb 2018 17:23:54
4leafyclover what has Dembele done this year in the league and also in Europe yes that’s correct nothing and you said he’s proven in the championship when was this as he played 56 games in 3 years at Fulham and scored 15 goals wouldn’t say he was proven in the championship i'm not disputing he’s a talented player but hasn’t been up to last years standards

7.) 18 Feb 2018 18:43:56
Didn't see that response coming gersman. Your saying 3 years the boy was 17 and not a regular. 15 of his goals came at 18/ 19 in his last season at Fulham. As for what he's done the league he's been injured most of the season and still scored. He's was also the first player to bag a goal against PSG in the tournament. He was also a vital part of the team in Thursday. Forms temp, class is permanent.

The question wasn't on dembele though it was Morales. He's a decent striker but hasn't done anything to prove he's got what it takes for the next level. Fair enough he hasn't had the chance but to be hitting out with £50 million and think that £11 million is a bad offer (if it even was offered) is beyond ridiculous, it's just stupid.

Enough of the ashley capers the big man TAV has just signed a new deal, that's got to excite fellow bears the mans a machine.

jamieorourke_

1.) 14 Feb 2018 20:37:27
Tav signing an extension is a great bit of business! The guys been exceptional this season and deserves to hold on to the armband

2.) 14 Feb 2018 23:34:33
Deserves to hold onto the armband because he’s playing well.? Is that what makes a captain these days? His form has been great, and I’m delighted he’s signed a new deal but he is not a captain and that statement you’ve made is laughable.!

3.) 15 Feb 2018 09:39:11
I don’t share the excitement above Tav’s signing. While I welcome that we would recive a good fee if he was ever sold, he still has far to many defensive mistakes in him for a Rangers right back who want to challenge for the title. Look at the recent penalty against Hibs and the cup final against Hibs although he was brilliant against Celtic recently. If he plays at that level then definitely worth the contract.

4.) 15 Feb 2018 16:38:17
Not laughable at all of course he deserved it.

5.) 15 Feb 2018 16:46:24
So you are able to highlight two errors in two and a half seasons? Hard to please you mate!

6.) 15 Feb 2018 20:24:53
Eezyeez, you think he deserves to be captain due to him playing well? As that was a laughable thing to say!

Snell, MOLS only highlighted two errors but your kidding yourself on if you think that Tav has only made two in 2 1/2 years. Albeit he's been fantastic of late he does still have a mistake in him.

7.) 15 Feb 2018 21:00:27
We can trust Murty to pick the captain but he's clearly a big personality and speaks very well so hardly laughable for Tav to be Captain. Would be good to have a captain that plays every week whoever gets it permanently
