Rumours going round that there could possibly be an up tp 10 million bid for Kamara. I don't believe it for a second. If it was the case I would bite the hand off any club that offered that amount of money.

Anything north of £5m and he would be away imo. Decent and tidy player but not particularly effective in our side. Could use that money to sign a quality holding midfielder.

like i said i think he is a tidy player but doesn't really suit our system i don't think. His use of the ball at times is poor for a player playing in that position. When all fit he isn't in the side for me so think that says it all. Obviously other may rate him higher though. Also £5m is full profit which is good for us right now. i believe we can find a better player for a fraction of that fee.

Bluebell? What? Rangers are a selling club? Ok so like all clubs in Scotland of course if a very big offer comes in for a player we may sell. However considering we’ve apparently turned down up to £16m for Morelos, and the fact Gerrard has stated he’s under no pressure to sell anyone, clearly we are not going to just sell current first team players for peanuts. £2m you say? For a young, current first team Finland international that’s only going to get better with age. What a joke! The fact that he’s been in the starting eleven every game (including pre season) and that Gerrard was raving about him just the other week suggests to me that, no, we won’t be accepting £2m for him. Kamara is a player who steps up in the big games and he has so much more about him than ball retention. We got him for a steal but every player has a value, I’m hoping he doesn’t go as he fits into what we are doing shape wise. Again it seems like he is an easy target for the glass half full brigade all because he doesn’t go crashing into tackles and is a bit lightweight. He’s started the season well and would be a miss if he goes.

Kamara right now is playing better than jack, on form kamara is til notch, his bad is well very bad but it’s not that often he’s that bad. I would keep him unless the offer was very big and we had a suitable replacement ready to come in.

Bluebell, I don’t think Kamara will be sold at all. Gerrard really likes him and rates him. However considering when clubs were sniffing around him in January we slapped a minimum price tag of 8million on him and since then he’s become even more of a first pick (ahead of Davis now), then I reckon it would take at least 10m before we looked at letting him go. He’s an international, first team starter, lots of good performances in Europe, on a long contract and clearly rated by a number of other clubs. If you look at the amounts some players go for (even how much Celtic get for their players) then that kind of figure isn’t unreasonable.

I doubt many clubs buying players are looking at our opinions on here and again I like Kamara I would rather he stayed but imo he would go for the 2-4 mil mark, and when u say the press pick this up as well teams don’t buy players based on what the sun or record value them at.

At what point did Celtic players play well in the champions league, they may have played in it but they didn't do well in it. Kamara was involved in a team that got to the last 16, to be beaten by a very good Leverkusen team. Listen if Aberdeen can be cheeky enough to expect 10 mill for McKenna, I think we are quite entitled to expect at least 10 for Kamara.

Bluebell I judge a player on more than 1 game. If you can't see the potential Ferguson has at only 20 then you don't know football. I will give you that he is nowhere near the finished article but he will be a player if developed properly. Take Ryan Jack a lot of fans didn't see how good he was when he was signed from Aberdeen but IMO on his game he is one of the best players in the country. I put that down to working with better players and coaching set up. Who better to teach a young CM than 2 world class CMs in SG and GM. Add to that Davis jack and arfield with Defoe teaching about how to keep healthy we have a vastly better set up to achieve his potential.

With reference to Jermain Defoe. I believe that offering him a player coach roll at Ibrox is an absolute no brainer for me. He is not only good enough he has earned it. Whatever happens, I personally am very proud he wore the famous blue shirt ðŸ‘.

Spot on SGL. I would love us to sign him as a striker/ coach next season. I could not think of a better player to take the job. The younger players would learn allot from him. He is not just a great player, but a good living, hard working man. I for one am so proud that he opted to play in the blue shirt of the famous.
