Nice to gloat over the allegedly corrupt individuals but, if proven guilty, what happens to the assets? Do the oldco creditors have first call? If so, where does that leave the newco?

Big wull I've just been on that law website ther and it's quite frightening that they believe they have a solid case to win the assets of sevco 5088,,ie Rangers fc,,I really don't know we're all this is going to end,,I just hope that these b#stards get found guilty and get a custodial sentence,,which they deserve.
