I think we have to start the campaign strongly, put them under pressure. For that we need the strongest squad. If that means paying now for a player we can get in January for free, so be it. Money well spent in my opinion.

Gofer, we have signed him on a pre contract agreement so his current Club have a very simple decision to make. Either they do a deal with us so they get a transfer fee or we sign him in December for free. In my opinion we need him in now so we have him for the Champions League rather than have to rely on Lundstram. Getting him of £1m would be a very good deal for a player valued at a lot more.
