Bears, on the basis that everyone astute in finacial community (I have spoken to 15 people I know involved in large business concerns and Accounting plus FB networking) is 100% we are going to win the EGM can I ask if all bears are happy after that to support a 100% boycott on anything linked remotely to Ashley?

After the board tear up his contracts or just pay his debts off the only way he has left of screwing us is the kit deal. I hope that every true blue Bear would support nobody buying even 1 item of kit from his outlets. I am also hoping the board (new board) recognise this and can put forward an option for the fans to buy kit that ashley does not benefit from.

Am I the only one that would LOVE to see a full house at Ibrox with every Rangers fan wearing old kit or the red and black anti board kit :-)

What is concerning George, is what damage could this board do before an EGM. What can they sign off without shareholder approval? If they know they are on way out, they may just be very spiteful.

Yes friend I am shi**ing it what may happen over the next 5 weeks.

On a business front technically ashley who just sold 2. 5% of SD shares for over 100million COULD finance others he chooses to buy up every available share at a crazy price of say 3 pounds a share, it is what I would do if I was a scumb*g like him and wanted to beat the King/3 Bears EGM vote. It is what happens in the big business arena. Any current share holders that have seen their shares dive from 70p to 20p would wet their pants at an offer like that now. There are from what I can see 15%-20% of shares that could fall into the 'available' category. That would win the EGM vote for either side.

That said on a personal note I think the King and 3 Bears plus all Rangers fan related shares come to nearl 50% already, the other side would need every other institutional investor to sell to them to win the vote.

I am frankly very surprised that the King 'side' have not themselves covered that outcome by offering Artemis and River & Mercantile a deal to buy their remaining 11% shareholding I hope they have a handshake agreement in place with them guaranteeing their vote at EGM, those shares are game winners for us.

I am George I am the other George, there are only a total of81pc of shares in circulation so if mr king and the three bears are saying they have 52oc then there is only roughly29 PC shares that Ashley could purchase from his friends the easdales, as Ashley's shares make up 9pc. Of the easdales proxy votes, though they are trying to frighten us again, as they know there days are numbered, even if they tried to open a new share issue, then mr king and the three bears would be first in line as the two largest share holders.

We are going to win the EGM the only tiny concern is WH Ireland on payroll of board and ashley

However the corporate regulations concerning an EGM request are very rigid and they will be blatantly at it if they refuse.

Regardless one or other other shareholder will IMMEDIATELY request an EGM I suspect the 3 Bears are sitting waiting to do just that. It will only stay their execution by a week at worst.

Seriously dude ask any ED on here about george's posts on here for 2 years I am pretty much on the money most of the time and I would put my kids trust fund on King and the 3 Bears being on our new board in 5 weeks or 6 if the WH Ireland shi*e happens.

Wosrt case we have is 13million to free up 4 assets worth at least 60million and more importantly for me personally to ensure the memory of the 66 people that died will forever have our stadium as their legacy. That is more important to me than any money b*******. The board really ****ed up with that move.

I promise you I am right on this we will win any EGM that happens and Ashole wiil be paid back 13m or 10m and I also guarantee he won't make jack sh*t out that con kit deal if King is half the man I think he is.

I can see us turning out in Red and Black 4th option kit and 50000 grateful Bears all wearing Red and Black kit and scarves in support.

I would love King and the 3 Bears to sponsor a new kit with South africa Tax Payer and the 3 Bears Loyal on the front and Ashley is a wan*eron the back lolol

I'm not sure the EGM is the end of it. I'm expecting some form of legal challenge as a stalling tactic before the EGM is held and most definitely one Afterwards if the current board lose.

They seem the sort of people who will burn the place down and scorch the earth so no one gets anything

Dont for one minute think that MA will just sit there and allow this to happen if he thinks it will impact on his deals with the club. Not so sure you will get your EGM, think the people with the sway are the financial institutions and they will see MA as a very good benefactor who will want the club making money, that in turn makes them money, whereas DK is another one of the warchest, CL music guys who speaks a lot but ultimately doesn't deliver very much.

I am George. I see thif fighting fund are willing to pay to make sure Ashley doesn't get our stadium, regardless of how much he offers to LOAN us, and rightly so as others have offered to put up money, without security over the stadium, get these people out.

The EGM is dicided upon within strict guidlines it is very difficult to oppose if there are genuine concerns about how our board are runing Rangers.

Two clear facts stick out for me that are in the public domain. We keep borrowing loans that our business cannot support as we are running at huge losses these loans do not address the losses. Secondly emails have been leaked on media and social neworks CLEARLY showing one of our board somers begging for a loan from ashley to SAVE his job and blatantly flouting any concern for Rangers by ignoring 2 other better offers the 16million King offer being the best to date from anyone, and NOT requiring scurity on MP or Ibrrox.

For these reasons no fairminded person can oppose the EGM the ONLY concern I have is WH Ireland are our board's favoured NOMAD and that worries me. Regardless another request will come in straight away if King is blocked by them.
