Now we have seen what Spivs direct and its cohorts are all about!

And people actually still think Ashley is the man? This guy does. Not give a f**k about our club he has manipulated all the recent events. Out of pure spite, because he has been held to account by Kingco and the SFA and he doesn't like being told what to do so he decided to cause havoc and try and scare the shareholders!

Let's look at the scenario

1 king declared weeks ago he would dismiss the NOMAD as soon as he took control

2 the loan facility of £5M was already in his plans and was going to be paid back so the conditions in place for this facility would be cancelled

3 the second tranche of £5M that is attempted to be drawn down ( it's has not been drawn down and in all probability it won't be available before Friday due To the EGMND and The NOMAD resigning) won't be used and in turn cancelled and all conditions also cancelled therefor the two director appointments will no longer apply.

4 Kingco and the three bears have probably perceived all of the events today and had a counter plan to counter this.

What it proves beyond all reasonable doubt is this bunch of "great stadium robbers" have robbed, pilfered, stolen, hidden and spent millions of pounds of the clubs money over the last 3 years, special, mention must go to green, Ahmed, Stockbridge, why're, SDM Mather, Ashley the two bus boys and not forgetting somers, they have been an absolute disgrace to any law abiding accountant, financial expert and director who go about there business in a honest and transparent way.

This lot have been in biblical terms an Armageddon to our club and if there is not wholesale arrests and questioning by the SFO the stock market regulator, and police forces in Scotland, England and the city of London I will be astounded. If there has ever been a more public pillaging of a football club then I havnt seen it yet!

(Leeds Utd went through a very similar thing and Sheffield utd? With big Chico heavily involved again)

And finally the NOMAD? Why are these people even allowed to trade on AIM there has been several blatant breaches of the rules and corrections to the RNS because of this incompetant company and Daniel Stewart both heavily linked to another shyster of the highest order please stand up Mr Paul Shackelton
This guy is an embarrassment to the financial industry and the LSE Need to take a very long hard look at this guy!

Powerful and accurate post my friend. Ashley has shown his true colours in the past week, firstly his non appearance with the SFA then his stay away tactics with the Parliamentary Committee re his despicable business actions involving his workers. He hides from confrontation himself.

No matter how much he was fined by the SFA --- HE WAS FOUND GUILTY

No matter what tactics he uses in his future involvement with Rangers I can assure you that Dave King will better him.

All of you King bashers ----- Get wise Dave King is ten times the businessman you think he is.

You do know that a NOMAD is the only reason Rangers can trade on the AIM, they are the respected company that vouches for the basked case to his AIMy friends? And we've gotten through 5 of them in 3 years, WH Ireland being one of the biggest and most respected?

I really do frown on most of your posts. I have a fair knowledge of AIM and I find your comments a little infantile.

Every company trading on AIM has a Nominated Advisor and can change them as they wish and for whatever reason. I bow to you superior knowledge regarding the number of NOMADS the present collection of misfits have gone through -----BUT don't you think that that is an indication of the Ashley gang not being able to deal with all those NOMADS who went before because they were waiting for an organisation like WH IRELAND to come along so that they could manipulate them?????

You seem to be good at numbers Sir ---tell me this, how many times did your favourite (and best) NOMAD have to trundle back to to the AIM market and apologies for eroneous statements??

I wonder if their track record with Ashley and his cohorts has anything to do with THEIR dip in profits thi year

That's fine Kerrymac, there are only 40 or so NOMADS on the AIM, so we still have 35 to get through.

As for the rest of it, I'm already resigned to this car crash, and will never abandon Rangers even if their fans are once again cheering one spiv over another. I love the team, the fans. well, let's just say they are not the cleverest in the world.

Now we'll see what sort of mess King has got us into.

How do you people know king is a good business man? The 44 million he have south Africa tax authorities must've been a gift and not because he was avoiding tax.
