evening ed first time poster here. is it not time we moved on from ally mccoist now we are under a new management team and it is time to forget the past and look forward to an exciting future under weir and warburton. I would love scott allan at rangers and would have been good to have had him last season but as a poster stated our previous board probably would have punted him. just wondering what you make of the dave king interview with jim white and also how you think things are going so fa and do ou think the future is looking good for us now.

{Ed039's Note - Welcome to the site Jimbo, apologies in the delay in responding but I have been working, I think the future looks better but only if the recent investments pay off immediately and the crowds return to Ibrox on a consistent basis. I really dont know what to make of Mr King's interview with Jim Whyte, on one hand it is true what he is saying in terms of the fans having to spend money, but he needs to realise that the fans will spend again but only when the terms are better for Rangers, and that happens when the £5m loan is repaid to Mike Ashley, obviously he knows that and knows how to solve it but wont do it, so some of the things he say make sense but on the same hand begger belief)

Know what lads, he might not have been a good manager or even a manager for that matter but no one else was knocking down our door for the job when we were going through all that crap. He's blue beyond blue and one of the best strikers to grace our game, so mind your language and remember what he HAS done for the club we all love. And don't start bleating on about wages etc. Rant over. Mon the Bears.

{Ed039's Note - I cant agree with that one mate, McCoist is one of the reasons we found ourselves in the s***e last season on and off the field, a very major contributor and it looks to me that he was laughing up his sleeve at the fans and is still doing it by taking his healthy salary every month despite already being very wealthy at Rangers expense)
