Now then, I've seen the headlines, but have no idea how this could affect the club in its current state. Can anyone clear that up for me?

Is it just me or does anyone else have a bad feeling about this the investigation is 'in regards to the clubs assets' all I'm saying is that I hope when Green and his consortium bought the club that they transferred the clubs assets to the newco I really hope so someone reassure me!

How can you make that claim, so you know all the financials, ownership etc from your man in the know but you don't know what's happening with eustace. Belter

It will cause major issues with trying to attract investors in the short term. It's anyone's guess what else will come out of it.

I wouldn't be sure about that.

John Brown claims to have seen documents showing assets were not owned by the club - " show us the title deeds" ring any bells? Poor guy got mocked for his trouble.

ALSO Ashley obtained gagging order in relation to sports direct deal, ownership of assets and the meeting ( for those who don't know whyte, green and Ashley met at sportsdirect office before administration even occurred).

I would also be concerned that people can argue our league registration was obtained by deception. There are plenty of "sporting integrity" enthusiasts who will argue for us to either be kicked out or down to bottom again.

People forget- money aside rfc fans are the victims here

I think you bears are in for a lot of pain in the inevitable media circus that will follow the trials and the time it will take for verdicts, then the inevitable appeals etc. I for one get no pleasure from it - I think it just makes Scotland look like a banana republic being fleeced.
I also think however you need the whole ugly mess brought into a court room - watch how stories change under oath. I also think green and the rest of them tried to make as much of a mess as possible so everyone - police included - just shook their heads and gave up. I think they nearly got away with that ploy too.
I personally wish you could just bin the lot of them and start again from scratch, as long as there's a Glasgow there will be a Rangers and Celtic - I'm not interested in the club/company rubbish I just want two strong teams. Let's hope it ALL comes out , maybe Rangers in its current form won't survive but I know a few bears personally who candidly hope for a fresh start. It's a mess alright but some of us wish you well.
