surely frank de boer has to be next long term manager. he has won four Dutch league titles in a row.

he also knows how to play 433 formation properly, the formation our players have been playing badly for 18 months.

the formation wqsnt the problem it was the players being unable to adapt to playing defensively.
i still think 4-1-2-1-2 is the best formation for attacking and being defensive but that's just my opinion
