something will be happening at ibrox as I've heard from a source that a multi million pound project to update and increase the number of seats at ibrox.

those screens should be taken away for a start and an extended corner section would open up a further 7 thousand seats. (my source befor you all jump on the band wagon is reliable)

james stirling

1.) 02 Feb 2018 21:11:36
Plenty things need done before putting more seating in. Got no problem improving facilities already at ibrox. Who's paying for the 7000 extra seats?

2.) 02 Feb 2018 21:38:10
Explain your source then James because there is nothan wrang with the screens and this is pure nonsense if where to remove them then it would allocate 5 to 6 hundred each corner sorry to disappoint you

3.) 02 Feb 2018 22:52:26
The screens being removed and replaced with seats was mentioned at the AGM, by a number of guys supposedly in the know. This could have legs as I heard a few of different trips talking about it at the coffee before the AGM started. Here is hoping, no need for these screens in those positions at least.

4.) 02 Feb 2018 23:00:31
the screens should be hung from the stands behind the goals where the score boards are so everyone in the ground can see them

5.) 03 Feb 2018 08:35:49
This may be a plan to put in the rail seating sections!

6.) 03 Feb 2018 08:24:06
Hope your right but where's the money coming from?

7.) 03 Feb 2018 09:05:56
Well if it was a plan to put in extra seating then there will be a business plan in place and funding would be relatively easy as is with most construction.

8.) 03 Feb 2018 09:41:42
Hope to get some seating expansion in Ibrox but the rumours regarding the screens out and seats in is as old as time itself

9.) 03 Feb 2018 10:06:59
Thought Gers didn't have proper banking facilities (access to bank loans, overdraft) one of the reasons why we need 'soft loans' to see out the season.

10.) 03 Feb 2018 10:12:22
The extra extra seats would pay for themselves, that's the point

11.) 03 Feb 2018 10:26:22
No matter were screens are were screens move to someone will always moan

12.) 03 Feb 2018 12:13:29
Seats would eventually pay for themselves but who's making the initial investment?

13.) 05 Feb 2018 15:21:29
Another made up storey, there is no submission from rangers to carry out any changes to seating in relation to planning application nor amendments required for safety certificate.

02 Feb 2018 20:40:57
right guys I think that febuary may well be the most important month we have the rest of this season.

this month if we beat hibs Hamilton and hearts it will send a clear message to the rest of the league that we are back and not to be taken lightly.
as we have already beat Aberdeen three times this year hearts and hibs are next in line and followed closely by st johnstone.

if we win all these games than I do see us having the best old firm in years as that's the next game after st johnstone so very important that we keep this run going no draws no dropped points and confidence will build in the whole squad as its infectious and dangerous to a team like celtic that haven't had a real challenge in quite some time and the fact that they don't look as convincing when they win games that they have done whilst we where gone and last season.

james stirling

1.) 03 Feb 2018 09:21:47
Yeah but they gave the Belgian Messi:'D

02 Feb 2018 20:32:42
so rangers have had an apology off of a journo who couldn't wait to tear us down by saying no bid was made.

this speaks volumes about the media in this country as I would bet there wouldn't be a single journo that would question that if it was the Celtic mob that said they had an offer.

and saying he has a source when he clearly doesn't isn't very professional and just shows the bias toward the most succesfull club in the world! the mighty RANGERS.

james stirling

1.) 02 Feb 2018 21:51:27
James u locked in the lavy lol

2.) 03 Feb 2018 12:33:18
Totally agree that we get a lot harder time than any other team. Where was the outcry when they offered paltry money for Hendry or Carson. But at least the journalist said sorry. Plenty of them wouldn't.

16 May 2017 16:42:49
right guys who is the cb's we have been linked with i know of alves.

and is there anyone out there that know exactly what was wrong with rossiter.

i heard it was growth problems like messi had then I've heard he had a dodgy back so i don't know and the club haven't exacly let us know anything since he was supposed to be back in november.

james stirling

1.) 16 May 2017 18:25:06
Alves, Ezquierdos, Sumaila, and Heneghan are the CBS we've been linked with. Would hope Alves and Ezquierdos are the two we get.

8-10 days for Rossiter and he'll be back😂 Or is it 8-10 years. Apparently he's had a few different injuries in his knees and ankles that have stemmed from his lower back.

2.) 16 May 2017 20:37:13
Seems like some type of chronic condition caused from trapped nerves in the lower back, that's just my own speculative diagnosis given the limited information we have. Any more questions for the doctor?

3.) 16 May 2017 20:54:30
Did Gerrard not have similar problems until he grew and developed.
Now before you all jump on me I am NOT comparing the two

{Ed001's Note - yes, it was due to growth spurts in Gerrard's case.}

4.) 16 May 2017 22:55:25
Pedro has confirmed Rossiter's long-standing injury troubles are fixed. Doesn't account for anything new he gets mind you.

5.) 17 May 2017 10:22:45
Heard Pedro describe it as an imbalance so that all points to issues with his growth due to his age. Rushing him back when there is those kind of problems isn't going to help him so it's all adding up but this whole 8-10 days MW always came away with was utter nonsense just to mask the fact that 3 of the midfield players he got were unavailable in Barton and Niko.

6.) 18 May 2017 10:53:26
people saying they won't compare him yet all the liverpool fans seem to think he was gonny be the next steve g.

i thought the boy looked a class act from what i saw of him but hopefully he can get his fitness up and come back soon.

7.) 19 May 2017 12:14:34
rossiter will come good for us and after 9 months out i don't think we are rushing him back plus the gaffer said he is through it all now so hopefully he will be an integral part of the team next season and then gets us millions in transfer fee back down south

19 Apr 2017 15:38:20
id say that with jj joining the team we will have about 6b players this summer two scandanavian two portugese and a couple from africa with world wide talent on the horizon i see good things for us in the near future.

james stirling

1.) 19 Apr 2017 19:08:53
You brought in plenty of players this season how much did that help.
Only thing is it can't be any worse lol.

2.) 20 Apr 2017 00:05:43
still loitering on other club's pages rayman, #obsessed :)

3.) 20 Apr 2017 01:05:21
I hope we sign a couple of South Americans with a bit of dig and in the first old firm game next season they give Brown a dose of his own medicine. It is about time that someone put that little nark in his place!

4.) 20 Apr 2017 05:01:39
we can't build a team with no money. unless we have real luck.

please please please buy young and take celtics framework, in two years time we will be very close if not champions

5.) 20 Apr 2017 11:49:07
Bluebloodgerz, Rangers do have MONEY not as much as the Dark Side but there is money. Crowds are largest in Scottish football. Ok we don't have merchandising so we need to box clever. Buy wise and sell wise. We are not as far away from the manky mob as many think. Pedro is the man to take us back.

6.) 20 Apr 2017 12:26:39
You need to forget about Scott Brown.

7.) 20 Apr 2017 17:02:57
Yes minto, there is no better place for comedy gold.
One of your posters says there is money despite needing loans to get you through the season. It just doesn't get any better than this lol.

8.) 20 Apr 2017 18:46:09
Rayman needs to get laid

9.) 20 Apr 2017 23:14:32
Needs to get laid? What part of America are you from? 😂

10.) 21 Apr 2017 17:43:19
Would imagine there will be money available otherwise the manager wouldn't have come.

11.) 21 Apr 2017 18:13:08
You seem to know so much about Rangers Rayman, could you tell us all your prediction for Sunday please.

12.) 21 Apr 2017 18:13:37
He has a restraining order out on him still.

13.) 21 Apr 2017 18:19:32
we still have the second biggest budget in scotland which is not as much as celtics but hey we don't care as long as we get in better quality rather than numbers this year i would prefer 3-4 quality signings to 7-8 squad players that may or may not be what we need.

14.) 21 Apr 2017 18:33:59
Seriously rayman99 you need to get a life, on here bitching about an old arch enemy you claim to be dead, when in ironic twist it is in fact your brain that is dead, do yourself a favour this weekend, drink one maybe two bottles of buckie less on Sunday and Glasgow will be a safer place .

24 Apr 2017 15:24:20
guys bit of banter on this one i think but why do people not see what i do when forrester is playing he has massive potential and hunners or technical ability and i think in the right set up he could be a great cam just behind the striker(s).

james stirling

1.) 24 Apr 2017 15:55:20
I had the same conversation on Saturday with my nephew think there a player there

2.) 24 Apr 2017 15:53:43
Forrester hasn't really played since Caixinha arrived and didn't get much time previous especially last 3 or so months so I've just concluded that Caixinha doesn't rate him and must not be showing anything in training so definitely looks like he's off!

3.) 24 Apr 2017 16:12:42
I think forresters hopeless, never liked him, he's to selfish and tries to do to much instead of the simple thing

4.) 24 Apr 2017 18:56:09
Have to disagree, he should be one of the first out the door. I think he has very little to offer, maybe sliding in late.

5.) 24 Apr 2017 18:59:02
Excluding niko he's the most skilfull player in the squad! He has a great touch and can beat a man he also plenty of energy and is a pest to opposing players! However there is a nasty wee streak in there at times! He would definitely feature in my squad but there is obviously some reason he doesn't play much football, likely commitment/ attitude problem!? Looking like his days at ibrox are numbered, could move on and blossom under the right manager!

6.) 24 Apr 2017 22:07:58
I would rather he was in the team than the chuckle brothers up front

7.) 24 Apr 2017 22:49:17
He Couldn't even get a game at Doncaster rovers yet he has quality and should be in are team 🤔 Tbh him getting a 3year deal after just doing ok in the Scottish championship was another stupid move by warburton.

18 Apr 2017 22:40:18
i have been his biggest fan but if we can't get him on a new contract we should sell him! i think he will be a great wee player but can't lose him for nothing.

mckay is playing with no effort in these last few games and doesn't try to close down or make as many runs as he did before so why is that and why can't we get him motivated or signing on the dotted line.

james stirling

1.) 19 Apr 2017 00:23:08
Only game he's been good was against Celtic last year that's it

2.) 18 Apr 2017 23:34:28
Will play a blinder on Sunday, have big impact, and then let's see how his contract discussions go. Agree that if he does not want to extend contract we should let him go at end of season.

3.) 19 Apr 2017 07:00:22
I wouldn't play him on Sunday.

4.) 19 Apr 2017 07:09:20
He doesn't deserve to play Sunday he's not had a decent game for ages which frustrates me because am a big fan of his but he's just not offering much just now

5.) 19 Apr 2017 08:36:09
His performance on Saturday was a disgrace. Showed no appetite for the game and didn't try a leg. Utterly shocking performance and with an attitude like that he isn't fit to wear the jersey. He should go in the summer. We don't need players with his attitude

6.) 19 Apr 2017 09:20:59
Totally agree get rid of him

7.) 19 Apr 2017 09:43:45
Bye bye barry mackay. Drinking shevy to the levvy but the levy was dry

8.) 19 Apr 2017 14:37:27
This is just my personal opinion but i think something is going on in wee barrie's head i honestly think someone has tapped him up for a move. A Mr M. Warburton perhaps.

9.) 19 Apr 2017 15:06:07
Maybe if our other players actually showed for the ball instead of hiding behind the opposition waiting for McKay to do everything he may play a bit better.

10.) 19 Apr 2017 15:07:12
hopefully pedro can demand better from him .
hopefully he turns up on sunday in the right mind set and there is no one else that can really play there.

11.) 19 Apr 2017 15:46:30
No way should mckay play against celtic, you would have thought that mckay would have had a point to prove against partick after being dropped against aberdeen but he never looked interested. I wouldn't have him on the bench. Get dodoo in the team.

12.) 19 Apr 2017 16:36:51
Bigtrfc

Not so sure Forrest would have tapped him up. There is a real possibility they could be relegated and I would doubt that McKay would want to play in league 1 however if they stay up then yes I would think he would want to play in championship.

05 Apr 2017 16:47:56
the team for tonight looks better even with the wee boys playing as bates i think looks quite athletic, a big lad that won't be pushed around and tbh he has to be better than rob kiernan.

i hope these two youngsters make a mark and play well tonight as it will only boost their confidence.

james stirling

1.) 05 Apr 2017 19:11:18
Bates is 6'4 so already adds more height

2.) 05 Apr 2017 20:08:17
Dont judge a book by its cover James. big Kiernan at first glance looks a bit of a unit then he plays he's like bambi on roller blades

3.) 06 Apr 2017 16:35:20
Bates is never in a million years 6 ft 4.

21 Mar 2017 14:23:46
i know pedro won't really know him, but what about kyle bartley playing for leeds on loan from swansea? he is one of their better players this year and only has a year left on his contract with swansea who i think don't need him.

i think we could get him between 1 and 2 million and in my opinion he is well worth is!
whats your thoughts guys?

james stirling

1.) 21 Mar 2017 14:35:18
He's the leeds utd captain and leeds are very likely to be playing in the EPL next season mate! It would be very hard for us to sign kyle bartley now, i'm afraid!

2.) 21 Mar 2017 16:34:08
is he their captain? my god I've never seen a loan player be captain before!
and he is just on loan from swansea i know that much for certain so if they don't want him we might be in for a shout i'd say its worth asking at least. quality over quantity

3.) 22 Mar 2017 10:36:19
He's not their captain, it's Liam bridcutt he's like one of their vice captains. I would take him or Liam Cooper both are very good.

09 Mar 2017 16:45:40
anyone else think it would be stupid to get pedro in before the old firm?

i honestly can't see any sense in it. okay if it was 2 weeks ago but not now would do more harm than good.

james stirling

1.) 09 Mar 2017 17:06:09
I think they have already stated that GM will be in charge for the game, regardless of when new manager arrives.

2.) 09 Mar 2017 19:47:19
Last thing the new manager wants is a drubbing in his first game in charge

3.) 09 Mar 2017 20:50:02
That's the spirit Bengy hope the team are more confident than you

4.) 09 Mar 2017 23:27:52
Laudrup1

I am giving an honest opinion on what I think will happen. Sorry if it doesn't suit you.

5.) 10 Mar 2017 15:39:48
Bengy don't be so defeatest. Its a football game. Anything can happen. Look at the Nou Camp! We can do it mate

6.) 10 Mar 2017 16:16:15
most realistic fans think this is going to be a bad day for us on sunday and i'm one of them but just like the rest of them i want to have egg on my face on sunday and hope we are all proved wrong including the media but can't see it to be honest

rossiter is playing with the under 20's remember the boy is still young and he will heal well because of this.

he had couple of serious injurys but he will be a top player for us as long as we have the patience with him.

put it this way if we get rid of him just now it wouldn't make sense as he has been getting treatment with us and we have stuck by him I think if next season he can get a full season staying fit he would be our most valuable player in English teams eyes.

which in turn will be good for us please stop with the get rid of a player because he has had a hard time of it stuff as this does nothing for the boys confidence

eh so media here that and think oh I know ill say the opposite.

windass hasn't done enough to merit a wage rise in my opinion he need to us his game some more to be a regular.

his goals have been good lately but he needs to try run at defences more often as this is when the boy plays his best football

I have to say I have not posted for a long while main reason was too many of our players getting slaughtered and the negativity on this site and many others was un bareable. J am loving some of the comments this season though and backing our captain is a nice change to see .

it was a horrible place to play and the pitch was tiny and muddy for me there wasn't a player that stood out and had a really good game and I think niko get it tight from people that like to see people run about with more intensity but that's never been the type of player he is .

I think given a run of games in a positive, confident team he would show the class he has at his disposal

I hate lennon but I think he is a much better manager than he was a player and can inspire a team and has signed very impressively to get the squad he has just now which for me is the best hibs team since Thompson and broon played for them

natural order will not be resumed until we are at the top of the league and I would save such a statement until then.

but I get why u want him to do so as I hate lennon as much as the next bear.

rangers need to get the three points and if we could do it in a manner which humiliates his side then that would just be the icing on top as it would send a clear message to the rest of the league that we are back to being better than the rst of them and they would then I feel start fearing us again.
but if its close and scrappy win for us it would not portray the same message
