If reports circulating are true about aston villa wanting alfredo morelos, then gerrard better get at least £12-£15millon at the ready as he knows the script and what buf is worth ?
If he signed a new deal with us and villa came to buy him i'd be expecting £20million minimum ? I've read various reports tonight that villa, west ham and nottingham forest as well as sevilla and besiktas, all interested in signing morelos ?I hope to god we can keep him, so i do?.

I would like to see Morelos stay.
However if we were able to bring in Botheim, Colak and another from Archer, Opienda or the likes I wouldn't be too scared of the future. Roofe could pack his bags too.

The problem is that all we would be doing is developing Archer for Villa. The Board seemed to bend over backwards for Gerrard which included not selling Morelos when we were reputedly offered £17m for him. GVB is now paying the price of Gerrard's failure. I wouldn't be doing him any favours!

Berkshire if Alf is to go I doubt villa. But if Seville have bid 8 million, we should see figure rise to about 12 imo.

Archer will cost 20+ million himself no chance he’s coming up here permanently, he’s very highly rated down south.
