Has anyone heard we're allegedly looking to sign leeds utd winger helder costa on a season long loan deal as part of the deal that takes glen kamara to leeds ?.

Helder Costa was in Saudi last season. A €5m fee was paid to Leeds United for a one season loan. Apparently his former manager from Wolves is out there and he rates him. Maybe they’ll look to make a permanent move this summer.

Costa was earning £32k/ week in the EPL but that’s now been slashed in half thanks to relegation.

Helder Costa would be an interesting signing. Sort of fell away after a very promising start for Leeds. Not sure how I’d feel about that tbh.

John, why is Kamara looking for a pay off? Is it not just a simple transfer to another club? I wonder if it’s to do with loyalty bonuses or something like that.

Costas manager at Wolves was Nuno Espirito Santo and he is a manager in Saudi but he won`t be signing Costa . There is a limit on how many foreigners they can have and his club are on or near that limit and that is why there are doubts about Jota playing never mind signing Costa. As for Kamara, there should be no pay off to leave . He is under contract, which he signed over a year ago. If he wants to leave, fair enough, get the deal arranged and go, if not get back to the club, train and play . We are not forcing him out the door, he indicated that he wants to leave and it seems to be him that's making it awkward for buying clubs, not us.

Especially imo Hagi. In fact mccrorie aswell.
Mccrorie should have played the cup game no doubt about it. Y sterling’s performance so should Devine.
And Hagi is better than any of the other players he’s brought in for that position. Dowel sima lammers. Hagi could play ahead of all them.

Hagi has never been a starter for rangers in his life and isn’t any better than anyone. He tries but so did Andy Halliday doesn’t make him good enough majorly a his shots hit the stand. Butland is twice the keeper mcrorie will ever be and Devine won’t make it at rangers accept it.

Beale's objective at rangers is to win trophies and progress as far as possible in Europe and I would assume that most if not all of our fans have the same objective. As such there is no sentiment in Football just as there is no sentiment in business and this idea that we treat players poorly just isn't true. Kamara and his Agent seems to be the one playing games. He clearly doesn't want to play for Rangers any more and he thinks that by downing tools we will simply let him go. Wrong, if no team will pay the going rate and he is not going to knuckle down and fight for his place then he can rot in the stand until his contract ends and that will be the end of his career. As for Hagi, Raskin hit the nail on the head. Hagi has never been any more than a squad player with us. If it was a younger version of his father it would be a whole different ball game.

We sign Kamara from Dundee and double maybe even treble his salary. We give the boy the platform to play in the SPFL and Europe. He signs another new deal and again doubles, trebles his salary. After he signs his new deal his form drops off a cliff. He starts playing like the boy we paid dundee £50k for. Gio drops him then Michael Beale comes in and says he likes Kamara and wants him in his team. He plays him and his form doesn’t improve. Now 2 managers don’t play him. Kamara isn’t happy and tells MB he has no desire and wants to leave. Rangers so ok but we have paid you well and looked after you. We want between £3m and £5m for you. Just like all the teams do with Rangers. I didn’t see Feyenoord bend over when we signed Danilo. It’s called business. Kamara signed a deal and earns plenty and rangers want to maximise their asset. Personally I don’t rate the boy and would take £1m for him but some seem to think he is worth the £5m Rangers want for their asset. Either way I still don’t see how rangers have dealt with him badly considering he was on a fed hundred pound at Dundee.
