How many times do the supporters say the performances are unacceptable?

How many times does the manager have to say that the performances are unacceptable?

Before any changes are made - it remains disappointing that some feel the need to defend the indefensible!

It seems like consistency is a big problem. I've been hesitant to criticise the team too much but I do feel that even though we have lots of possession and play good football at times we are just completely toothless and are in capable to breaking teams down.

I don't know if its because we move from back to front too slow and by the time we get up its a brick wall or if its just down to not having the quality of creative players to find a pass or poor movement to find some space.

Something needs to get done its nearly Christmas. I can understand not winning against the top performing teams in the league but we need to win these types of games if we have any chance of Europe.

There is no point in signing someone in January unless they are special but don't think we can afford that kind of player.

When I see McKay criticising the opposition for being too tough I wonder what sort of wimps we have in our team! Get stuck in and don't let the opposition intimidate you!

It would help if we had a leader, someone that can drive the player on for 90 minutes!

TOMUSA I agree about lack of a leader when u watch gers u wouldn't know who captain was. We have always had vocal captains greig butcher gough. Big Wallace isn't that sort of player.

My Grannie used to say 'an ounce of encouragement gets better results than a ton of criticism". Maybe some people should try that.
