Has anyone had any dealings with the ticket office it really is a shambles trying to communicate with them Its so frustrating, I have phoned spoke to them explained my problem told to email them did that over a week ago got a generated email saying they had received email then nothing tried phoning again and again just left hanging on, the problem I have is regarding renewal of season tickets not Seville.

Same boat as a lot of people regarding this issue mate. An absolute joke. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Phoning is an absolute joke . Has been for a few years . If you can it's better to go in and speak face to face . although hardly convenient. definitely needs fixed .

I got stick for saying this in past. Also have raised it personally with Robertson, not interested.
But individuals say nothing up with ticketing.
This is the worst part of our club, if I operated it majority of ticket office management would be unemployed
But be assured plenty will get tickets for finals.

Attending the office is not easy as it’s never open except on match days then there is queues, I’ve had a season ticket for over forty years and if I can’t get this sorted out it will be my last I’m so disgusted by the treatment we are getting, I remember when if you had a problem you went up during office hours and got it sorted out now if you have that problem your made to feel you are a pest customer relations is shocking but nothing changes.

Thanks for your email.

The club is aware that customer service in the past has not been of the standard required. The new customer service team has been in place for a couple of months now and we have already made improvements to the speed with which we are able to respond to supporters enquiries. We have committed to investing in improving the digital technology that will improve and enhance supporters interactions with Rangers. I'm aware that there is still a lot of work to be done however I'm confident that we will continue to improve going forward.

Regarding Your point about wishing the supporters a Merry Christmas, An email was sent to Season ticket holders with a Christmas message from the manager. This message was also posted on our social media channels via Twitter, Instagram and Youtube although I take on board your point about this not being added to the website and will raise this with our IT team.
