We need to make sure the next one is the right one with a good team of staff. Beale a decent guy who had good intention for our club but it was too much too soon for him.

progress in europe might be an enticement for a proven manager, that and having a budget of about 20 million to get into champions league and hopefully pay of the debt that takes us there. I think the main concern is who is going to choose our next manager.
