Ed lots of debate on the £11 delivery charge which substantially adds to the cost.
Not everyone can get along to Ibrox to buy merchandise.
Might be a good idea to conduct a poll.
Pay £11 delivery
Buy from store ( Ibrox )
Don’t Buy merchandise
Another idea might be to print a voucher once a month in the match day programme to get a discount at the club shop. Voucher value £4.00.

Simple poll is are the club out of order charging what they are.

Business or not, if it costs rangers £3 delivery between labour and post then that’s what it should cost the fan.
Should be non profit based delivery system.

£11 is a disgrace and for some people to say just don’t buy is ridiculous. I buy a lot of stuff on line with loads of different companies and I have never paid anywhere near £11 and I wouldn’t. I don’t think I have ever paid over £5 for delivery. The club are just not with the times with this amount for delivery.

Living in the North of Scotland we mostly get ripped off for delivery if they even deliver at all for most quite a lot of things. Welcome to our world. £11 is not justifiable.

Long term the club are going lose out because not many are going pay that delivery fee leading to more buying from other outlets.
