Ed(whatever ones about?) Do you think McCall will get the job or do you think they already have someone else lined up(Warburton?)?
Do you think a lot of other players will be shown the door and not just the out of contract ones, such as Templeton, law, Wallace etc?

{Ed001's Note - from what I have been told no decision has been made yet and they are going to sit down and consider their options this week. I would expect feelers to go out and see who the options are before a decision is made on McCall. If someone like Warburton could be attracted to take the role, with a limited budget, I would expect them to be brought in. Personally I think McCall is just a fall back option now he failed to get promotion.}

Thanks ed, I like McCall loved him as player and he's a nice guy I just don't think he's the man to take the club and change it.

{Ed001's Note - he might be the only real option available right now while in the Championship though. Unless the club is willing to take a chance on a young up and coming unknown.}

Ed would it be fair to say Warburton is a wee bit inexperienced I think he has only been a manager for 2 or 3 seasons? Who ever comes in needs to come in asap with such a big job of rebuilding with 12 players out of contract

{Ed001's Note - as a manager yes, but he has a lot of experience in football, he was a big part of the NextGen youth tournament, for instance. He would be a good choice if you wanted to use Murray Park to its fullest and develop the club using youth talents.}

I think Warburton will have better options than us from clubs down south, The one thing I like about McCall is he has come in and played youth players and believe he would give more youths a chance next season.

{Ed001's Note - Warburton certainly has offers on the table, I suppose it depends on what he wants. I just wonder if he would be looking to continue working with McParland, that might be the deal maker, getting his signature on board.}

The jobs are running out down south tho? Qpr, derby etc. All filling the vacancies, maybe he is waiting on a specific job down there.

{Ed001's Note - I don't know I have tried asking, also trying to get McParland to do an interview, but don't know if he will.}

McParland has already taken a job down south, he is now Burnleys football/sporting director. I don't think we will end up with Warburton but that's just personal opinion, although I think they should do all the financially can to get him. Exactly what we need - developed youngsters and entertained whilst getting the results at Brentford.
