Apparently Oduwa is out of contract next year and Rangers have first choice on him. Same as Bell.

As for this arsenal player coming to Rangers, he and I quote ( I would love the chance to play for Rangers, massive club. Shame what happened to them. You can't be given first option on someone who is out of contract. They're out of contract so they can do what they like. Hopefully they do well here and would like to stay though.

Think the only bit of truth in that OP is that Oduwa and Ball are both out of contract awith Spurs at the end of this season . Could be if they enjoy there time up here Warbs could try an make the switch Permanent.
