The players get the credit for doing the business on the park.
But what about the man on the side-lines?
Clement.
Raising the standards / performances of someone else's team.
Getting a consistent tune out of Lundstram.
Improved Cantwell's contribution to the team these last few weeks.
Giving Yilmaz a run of games to show us his quality.
Made McCausland an integral part of the squad.
Game managing those returning from injury to the benefit of the team - Lawrence and Jack.
Integrating Sterling - RW, Midfield - into the team. He looks as if he has the hunger and desire to play anywhere!
Utilising the squad. We might not think certain players are up to the task but Clement trusts them to give others a rest and still deliver the results that matter.
Added some youthful quality on first impressions - Cortes and Diomande.
Not the finished article by a long shot but certainly heading in the right direction.
It's amazing what a 'proper' manager can achieve.

To be honest i think Clement is getting all the credit already. And so he should.
Lunny and Cantwell are like new signings.
And also some credit must goes to Tav. I have been harsh on him as i hold him to a high standard and he was not playing so well but he has shown why he is the captain. A Rangers Legend!
The league was out of reach for a lot of fans but PC turned it around so yes he gets most the credit.
Going to be an exciting season. WATP.

Althoght McCauslands a great young player i'd still prefer Diamonda on before him i think well be even better with him in team.

Man management skills/ traits are just as important in the modern game as tactics and football knowledge and so far the big man is showing he has all these attributes - he is getting a tune out of this squad and I cannot wait to see what he can do within a true transfer window for start of next season and what positions he chooses to strengthen - things are bright and long may it continue - he has brought the fans onside with his demeanour and honesty and we have the right to be optimistic moving forward- keep it up PC?.

Todd Cantwell has always been a class/ very talented footballer guys, there's absolutely no doubt about that ?I read yesterday micah richards talking about cantwell and how good and talented a player he is ?Richards also waxed lyrical about tav and how good he is also ???.

I agree with everything being said about Clement. He won three Belgian league titles and the Belgian Super Cup with two different clubs as manager so he knows how to win. The treble under Clement is a distinct possibility and with a kind draw, an extended Europa League run could be on the cards. Well done Clement!

Don't think anyone can't say clement not getting credit he definitely is getting the most of the credit from anyone I've talked too.
