Just seen a report saying Aberdeen have knocked back 2 good offers in past couple of days from 2 clubs
Just wondering if we or Celtic were any of the clubs

When Jack's not playing we seriously lack physicality on the midfield.

We could be needing to replace arfield, jack as he may never recover and davis who is 36. Strengthen when you are ahead and get proven players u know who can do tht job. We have trimmed the wage bill abit offloading a couple if we can offload 1 or 2 more thn this is an area we need improved. At the start of nxt season can you see arfield jack and davis still with us, i certaily cant. We need a skillfull creative player who can also put the boot in. 👌💙.

Broxxibear, well you couldn't accuse Lewis Ferguson of being skillfull or creative, so let's look elsewhere. I do agree with you and I have previously posted that Jack has missed 80 games for us through injury since signing and Arfield sadly is not the player he was and Davis will have one more season after this. Now is the time to strengthen.

Tht wasnt a post saying we should sign Ferguson tavsonloyal, it was response to someone saying we are overloaded in midfield, my point was we need to strengthen mid now as afew of them won't be here next year and may not even play a significant part this season, but yeah we are both agreed on same point. And tbh i couldn't really comment on young lad Ferguson as I usually only watch us, not seen much of the young lad. Heard he's got a bit bite and can pass the ball score the odd goal but not heard anything skillwise. Was he young player of yr once or twice? Theirs hidden gems out their in inferior leagues or lower lever clubs in other countries. Hope our scouts are doing their homework. I still think we need another forward, defoe too oldbwill only get odd game and i wouldn't put my trust in Itten. 💙.

We have to evolve and try to maintain our position at the top. Lewis, Ali McCann would improve our squad, allow us to have competition for places and squads to handle the league, Europe, the cups. He is a ball winner with a (considering he's been at Aberdeen) great goal return.

I’ve said on numerous times Ferguson would be ideal to battle out Jacks role in team.
He scores against Old Firm every season and in Europe, he’s physical, a good passer and has a great engine.
He started as a youth player breaking into Hamilton’s 1st team (after we released him) and he then developed to become by far their best player within 2 seasons.
He then went up north as a squad player and within 2 years has become their best player he just keeps improving and i'd would live us to sign him.
Even sign him and loan him back to Aberdeen.
