Seen a few things saying doig isn't signing for rangers. My info is we are still talking to his club. Not saying others info isn't correct as don't want to come across as saying I know better just passing on what I've been told personally. But Hopeuflly we still have a chance of signing him. I wouldn't sell Yilmaz unless I knew we were getting him coming the other way.

I appreciate your post wishybear and glad you shared . but I’m sorry we’re definitely not speaking to his club still. We enquired about him and told it was a no go from the player’s point of view as he doesn’t want to come back to Scotland. I’ve been told that personally also.
Makes sense to sell Ridvan as he’s the one we’d make money on from the two LBs we currently have.

We can't sell anyone unless we have a replacement, would move ridvan on if chance came but only in the summer he's done nothing since we signed him so stock should be higher with more games under his belt and hopefully a league winners medal come the summer.

I was told last week practically the horses mouth that Doig was well out of our price range. Didn’t go into specifics to say if it was fee or wages or both.
Btw I also got told the same re Shankland. ?
I think we will be active in the transfer window but maybe loan deals? For me we need to get a couple of wingers, left and right. Big Sina has been good but you can tell he isn’t a natural on the left. Would love to see the big man play thro the middle.
Also need someone on the right to support and challenge young macausland. Been very impressed by the young man but wouldn’t want to go into the final half of the season only relying on him.

Correct mate. Been told also that a Shankland is no1 striker target however our valuation and Hearts valuation is very far apart. They are proving very difficult to deal with and their fans have a out of say in what happens as they pump funds in to the club on a monthly basis ????????.

An upgrade on mcausland really does anyone trusty watch the boy play his only real fault for me so far is on defending side going forward he has been excellent and playing at a high level his passes are crisp and direct and always takes a good option.
I fear we are underestimating this boy and people who are hungry for a for a big name are singling him out for no reason other than he’s a kid.

Going to play along for the day. Yilmaz won't be sold unless we have an immediate replacement. Barasic won't resign. Lammers/ Dessers aren't going anywhere. More likely signings will be Smal/ Wagner, McKenna, Manhoef and Dennis. Possibke couple of pre-contract. Again. Don't have any "inside information" (nobody on here does. It's all kept in house), or "sources" or "voices in my gead".
