Homegrown quality is quality irregardless of who our manager is. The lad Miller is the best young Scottish talent just now. He will be brought in if we can get the money to fund the deal. Koppen has identified a few young Homegrown players that we would be able to develop and sell on for profit. I personally liked the look of the forward player at hearts Wilson I think. Also liked the young striker that played for killie last night Wales I think. Also liked the look of young Mayo and think he'd be worth us keeping an eye on.

All very well and good looking at young talent that can be sold on for profit but we must balance it with being competitive on all fronts. We've already signed Cameron we have our own talent in Bailey Rice Raskin Diomande Barron all younger guys playing same central role to add anymore 'potential' to that could stifle the development as being truthfully honest we really need a finished article in the midfield if we're going to start winning things.

He's 17.playing regulary for hearts, scoring goals for fun. watched him v ross county and by far the best player on the pitch. scored 2 I think and was a menace the whole game. Nsiala has done really well if I'm honest, but a little shaky defensively. Almost faultless on the ball though. Very comfortable.
I'm expecting Fernandes to get opportunities and I'm looking at him and Souttar. Fernandes seemingly has a lot of potential. Highly rated. He has already been involved with Portugal's U21 team this season.

Was having a look at the strongest league in the world earlier, MLS 9, championship 11, us 43.
{Ed001's Note - MLS is at 9? How on earth can such a terrible league even be in the top 50? Have people not watched it? Apart from Messi being allowed to referee his own games, which on its own should relegate it to the bottom tier, it is dreadful in terms of quality. It is awful and amateur, despite the huge sums being thrown around. Just in the last few weeks a game was stopped as a toddler ran onto the pitch. It is Sunday league stuff.}

Guys, should we really be surprised?
The great feeling at takeover being completed, has been tempered greatly by choice of coach. We do not have buckets of cash and unfortunately will have to go for usual suspects in championship, loans && freebies.
We can only hope we can hang on till the next couple of transfer windows to make a difference
Just my opinion.

I am not sure we will see lots of championship players come in as we were moving away from that market as there isn't value for money. we seemed to have pour purchases 'agreed' in January I thought and as it was Koppen if we were to go for the same then they wouldn't be from that direction. just my thoughts on what has been said on here since January.
