If it is a loan to buy then the fee will already be set! Granted the window has a few days left to run, but I've got to say, so far this window has been massively dissapointing.

That made me chuckle the lack of liquidity, maybe we should start buying from Wetherspoons as I’m up in Glasgow today and the liquidity is in abundance. £1.77 for a pint of 80 shilling so I’m going to get liquidised today on a score note.

I don’t think this is a great move but can see how it makes sense for all parties

He’s had too many injuries
I do rate him but if Clement wants something else and player wants regular games to develop then move makes sense add to that rangers not paid all the conditions and can move him on at relatively low cost to us then it makes sense.
