Honest question here lads / lassies I've been a ST holder for years and years I tick every box bar friendly games I've been a cc member from the start ( I'll leave that gripe about the still needing to log in to confirm semi or final tickets for another day ) I get absolutely hee haw shot at decent away tickets bar the generic livvy, Killie or st Johnstone stuff, totally understand how allocations have been cut but why Is it it seems even short away allocation union bears seem to get atleast 50/ 100 seats? If it is indeed random it simply doesn't add up, I'm not having a dig at the union bears here I'm just trying to understand the process, do they get a bigger percentage for being a registered group?

No idea mate. i'm in the gold mygers bracket and apparently there is 3000 odd in that, and i get the usual livi, sometimes killie or motherwel and that's it. I could be wrong but there's a lot of hospitality season ticket holders that get an away ticket for every match i suspect they take the majority which is pretty poor, i question why i even bother with mygers if there are no benefits such as a fair shot at away tickets. Since it came in I've had none for hearts, hibs, aberdeen or celtic. I apply for all.

Don't no about yous but Lowry was amazing for hearts, new player incoming can he be any worse than cantwell, let Clement decide last chance am thinking 6 months or time to go, was talking to my friend wish we had a midfielder like arfield makes chances not the best at finishing but he'd pull a goal or two out.

Away tickets can be like gold dust ever since the tiers of MyGers was introduced and other clubs cut the allocation.
I know a few guys who seem to get tickets no problem and others who struggle.
As for the UB. They are young guys with a disposable income who will follow far and wide to support the team. With or without tickets. They are active on social media and will do the old fashioned version as well of travelling to an away ground in the hope of securing a last minute ticket.

I’m also sure a few years ago there was a story about a Supporters Club in Glasgow getting preferential treatment from the ticket office.
The thing is with a huge away support, availability will always out strip demand unfortunately.

Herewego, i take it you didn't watch lowry play for hearts? He was inconsistent wasn't a consistent starter and disappeared during games. I watched him playing through hearts tv when rangers weren't playing and he was disappointing. Hearts have some players in their youth ranks who must have been wondering what they need to do. Young Macaulay tait made his debut against celtic.

Wee mac is a great wee player who played in the same team as my boy amd greg allen, he is younger, great attitude, with more achievable potential to lowry and is a jambos season ticket holder. Murray thomas was also in that team and he is in the b team but has more first team goals than Lowry. Young bobby mcluckie is another in that youth team they would want to promote more than Lowry. Lowry will be loaned to run his contract down or sold. Hearts are too high a level for him.

Every ultras group in world football will get a bigger percentage of tickets, unfair but it’s required with the backing they give the team in terms of atmosphere and displays etc.

I'm assuming you are the same as us in this respect.

There are various people who run large supporters buses and hold loads of season tickets for people from Ireland.

These people use every season ticket in their possession and apply for away tickets. When they get them, they will have a system on how they distribute them.

That would be my guess.
