yep also Cantwell (and Raskin) off that early, hope it is cautionary and not more injuries. Cantwell was cleaned out once again before his goal (words spoken not to opposition player but instead Clement) so perhaps just tightened up.

Great away performance tonight at a hard ground. Big Phil certainly has us ticking from back to front.
It's only Silva's first full game and only recently joined. Hopefully he's learnt from tonight and won't be long until his goals flow.

I thought Cantwell was pretty average, aside from an excellent finish for his goal, but in comparison to his recent performances I'd agree he was better tonight.

Thought Lundstram ran the game, Yilmaz was very good and Sterling for me is better than Raskin.

Silva I agree looks a footballer. Doesn't look a 9 though. I wonder if he'd be more effective off the left or in the 10.

Overall a good night, tricky place to go but a comfortable 3 points, even if Butland did have 3 right good stops.

Matondo is so annoying. One minute he's excellent, the next he looks like he's won a competition to be there. :) Must be a nightmare to manage.
