The board won't sack MB YET so what does he need to do to get fans on board, for me he has to put a run of wins together if you look at our upcoming fixtures it's not unreasonable to expect 8/ 10 wins consecutively the league Cup is a must and qualifying out of our EL group but to do that he has to field his best 11 and stop playing guys out of position if he can do that he may get out of this mess I hope for us he can do it but highly doubt he will.

He has brought too many new players in too soon and therefore doesn't know his best 11.If he would have brought 2 or 3 in now then another couple in January window it would have been a better fix. Actually looks like we are a worse team than last year.

He needs to figure out his best 11 and give it a chance. Stop shoehorning his players into a position that doesn't suit them purely because he wants to fit them in somewhere. He's done it with Cifuentes, Raskin, Cantwell, Danilo and probably Roofe as well.

That's both Cifuentes and Cantwell looked very below par playing right of a midfield 3 and they spend most of the game covering Tavernier and it all stems from not playing an orthodox right winger who can help cover back. We want Cantwell at the top end of the pitch where he can effect the game, not back in his own half all game.

He says a lot of things in interviews that come back to his door with huge question marks. Assuming we play 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-1-2, that's 6 mids/ attackers regardless of what formation it is. He says things like "Roofe and Lawrence are starters" so you've got Cifuentes (who he labelled a 'next level' signing), Roofe, Lawrence and Raskin and Cantwell are certain starters, . That leaves 1 place free, so why did we spend circa £12-13m on Lammers, Dessers and Danilo? Especially when some of that money could have been spent on our abysmal defence. That group of 'starters' is also lacking in serious pace so it would have made even more sense to invest in wingers or better full backs who can get up and down the park if he wants his width to come from the full backs.

So far the recruitment looks horrendous, in isolation some of them are good players, but were they all what we really needed? I'm not convinced. Lammers £3.5m looks like his best position is just off the striker or as a No10, but our best player (Cantwell) is at his best in that position. Plus he says Lawrence is a starter and he's probably best suited in that area. Also we had Hagi who could also have filled that role. £3.5m that could have been spent more wisely for me. Add to that the money he's spent on Dessers as well it looks like £7m of the £13m he's spent has been absolutely pointless

A run of wins are completely irrelevant if he s***s the bed at a big game.

I don’t care if he beats Livi, Motherwell and Hibs.

He must beat Celtic and win in Europe, something which he is completely incapable of doing.

We won't need to play Celtic again until Christmas. We have a free run at the League Cup and the first piece of domestic silverware. It’s just about putting together a winning domestic run now. we must accumulate as many points as we can between now and the next Old Firm game.

Also, I’m not sure Beale has settled on a formation and starting eleven yet. With 9 new players and so many coming back from long-term injury (Lawrence, Roofe, Yilmaz) . How many competitive games have Souttar and Matondo actually played since January? I think there’s a lot of work still to be done bringing these guys up to speed, and making them a team.

If he's still in charge he needs to go on a winning run. That's what wins titles and cups.

Hearts home
If we have aspirations of being title contenders, Cup Semi Finalists and a decent EL run then we should be aiming for decent results in all games.
Few parameters to factor in before that can happen though.
