I get the clamour to ditch guys that have been underperforming but do we really throw youth in for tomorrow's game? Imo let these guys take the first steps towards regaining some pride in their performance. I would go with
Butland
Tav, goldson, soutar, borna
Raskin, Jack
Sima, cifu, lammers
Roofe.
3 points is a must doesn't matter now if its pretty.

If the underperforming players have to play the European games because of our euro squad selection then they have to start the domestic games as well otherwise they're never going to get any momentum or consistency dropping in and out of the team.

These players have had since Kilmarnock away on the opening day of the season to right some wrongs and regain some professional pride and have failed miserably on more than one occasion.
And since the manager was relieved of his duties they put in another horror show in Cyprus.
Just like Beale, time is now up for some of these players or it should be IMHO.

If we start playing youth with let's say 3 starting, . we will be 15 points behind quicker than you can say "Simply the Best". but hey that's the price you pay for planting seeds.

If we throw the young uns in too soon especially the way things are atm we’ll destroy their careers . However the team that crosses the white line tomorrow has to get a result otherwise we are well and truly in s#*t strasse . I’m hoping our new prospective manager will be at game watching in the stand and the players know it, if that don’t galvanise em nothing will, Mon the Gers ???.

Deecee, we will be 15 points behind quicker than that if we play the same players that have been playing. At least the younger players will try and give 100%. I’d take that any day over what we have right now. Every other top club on the planet plays youth players in some capacity and they grow, learn and ultimately get better. We send the message to our youth that no matter how bad senior players play they won’t get dropped. The youth then lose out on developing and fans say “oh they weren’t good enough”. How do you know they’re not good enough if they never get a run of games. Devine came in and never put one foot wrong (playing on his weaker side) and has never sniffed the first team again.

The way everything is at ibrox just now and all that's going on, this is not the time to throw Our younger players out there, into the first team ?Can you imagine what it would be like if we lost more ground by playing a lot of our younger talent ?It could ruin those young guy's careers ?It would also send out the message that we're giving up on this season which should most definitely not be the case ?Ok we're behind in the league but still 75% of league games still to be played, we're still very much in the mix to reach the europa league knockout stages,
still the scottish cup to play for, not to mention we're 2 games away from lifting the league cup ?.

We aren’t giving up on the season, SWS.
We are giving up on the same players who continually put us into this mess.
Maybe some of youngsters will salvage the season or at least play with some pride?
