Raise the roofe, lowery does have an attitude issue my younger brother played football with him at braid hurst high school and he refused to pass the ball in games too players who he seen as less of a calibre than him ( my brother said he was the best player he had played with at the time other than Liam Morrison who my brother played a wee bit with at Celtic ) lowrry also refused to acknowledge lesser players as well. Yes his mum passed away and that is obviously going to affect you but his attitude issues have been around for years. I also heard from a few other sources that Lowrys attitude is what's holding him back at rangers he thinks he's better than most and isn't as humble as the likes of Devine or king ect.

If there is an attitude problem with young lowry, clement will sort that out, absolutely no doubt about that ?.

Some players are like this mate, we’ve all played with these types. Any I played with ended up as junior players.

There are the exceptions like the Ronaldo sand messi’s of the world.

It’s a managers job to nurture these players not bomb them into wilderness.

It’s not a bad thing to have that type of attitude if a manager can nurture it.

Hence the word manage (r)

Most great players have an attitude problem and a big ego. Most a selfish and self centred - unfortunately they’re common traits of great players. Probably every Dutch player in the last 30 years have had these issues.

They have been told their entire life they are special, they are probably in the top 0.01% to have even made it to this point and become a professional footballer.

If Lowry kicks on, it will happen regardless of these characteristics. It will come down to how hard he works, how much he wants it, how good his coaches are at developing him and that wee bit of luck that everyone needs.

well said lads . he will be fine . there's one thing that can't be replaced even with attitude and that's a creative gift. he has it and should be nurtured by our club. gilmour also has it and we set him free.

Gers could do with a few players having a better (killer) attitude. Not many in the current squad seem to care at all about the performances or losing.

I have not met all Dutch players over the past 30yrs. But one of the most down to earth guys I ever met was Arthur Numan. A Rangers, a Dutch international and a great player. He did not have one bit of arrogance about him mate.

I wouldn’t say he has an attitude problem but he has been told through the age levels that he was a stand out and would make it. Self confidence and arrogance can be easily confused.

There is an expectation problem with Lowry. We are wanting and expecting a better player than he is. The boy has been through an awful lot the last few years. Sadly i don't He is going to make it. He needed the step up in development at 16/ 17 not now.

Have heard it about the boy but people change and hopefully he will in time to be a rangers regular. Would also say we didn't let gilmour go gilmour wanted to better himself elsewhere. Its the way of the football world. It might be more like he didn't see a quick enough pathway.

A bit of good man management and a wee dunt off a senior player will sort his attitude out. We need a bit a savvy in our youth though.

Lowry appears to be one of these who will end up having decent career, but not at top end, I think his level will be, where he is at present or english 1.2 nd devision. you have seen many like him before thinks he is better than he is, as to clement sorting him out, does he have a reputation for being able to do this with younger players. certain type of arrogance fine but not when it involves trying to belittle others .

The boys went thru a hell of a lot in the last year and probably most on here don’t know to what extent and that’s the way it will remain, understandable about his struggles, got to remember that and he is still young.

How many youngsters do you see nowadays that you think little ?s but the eventually grow up give the boy a chance to grow and mature.

Our fans don't give youth same chance they give foreign players of similar age.
