How long does it take this inept board to find a new venue for our egm on the 4th of march, with many venues available in scotland ie.most obvious ibrox stadium, surely ed there must be rules within the stock exchange that can hurry this lot on and set a time limit to announce the venue as this continue delaying is not in the shareholders best interests which the stock exchange is supposed to be looking after, your thoughts ed & all fellow bears

Board have until 14 days prior to the meeting to announce venue date and time and to write to all shareholder informing them of the same along with the resolutions. This I believe is due onWednesday. The board will leave it as late as possible as they won't want to give travelling shareholders a head start. If we hit Thursday and no EGM venue then the requisitioners can hold their own meeting and proceed with the vote even without the board and it is binding. Paul Murray has already confirmed in a Rangers First intereview they have provisional plans for hosting the EGM if it comes to it.
