I think the support needs a massive reality check. We have come on leaps and bounds under Warbs and Weir. A bit of patience is now required. Coming 2nd would represent progress this season. Paul Murray said himself it was a 7 year plan to get back to where we belong. There are no quick fixes. We have no money and require external funding to see out the season.

Celtic have just announced turnover of 61million for a six month period quite a bit of it due to champions league we will never win the league without massive investment but who is going to invest lots of money in our club let's hope there is someone out there

Guys with all due respect forget them! let's concentrate on our own club and how we are hopefully going to get investment, into our club! Hope dave king, john gilligan, paul murray, douglas and graeme park and co, have something up their sleeves, before the start of next season.
I hope as a club we can start moving forward and that good news is just around the corner! I know its pretty difficult just now, with having to deal with that waste of space ashley! Hopefully his day is coming!
So let's not be like the obsessed, eastend green mob and concentrate only on ourselves! Don't talk about them, we all know they love talking about us, as they can't help themselves!

Dembele cost Celtic 500k and is probably on 30 grand a week but this is the same guy who 6 months earlier nearly signed for tottenham for 5 million. Hardly an unknown quantity and we can't afford wages like his.

Supercooper is right. We should be concentrating on what is happening at our great club rather than across the city. Just look forward to the day the wheel comes back round. It will, and it will be all the more glorious when it does.

Barton has been on talksport for another rant undermining the management now. Can this guy not keep his mouth shut. He's been terrible on the park and a motormouth off it. Hopefully we win by a good few goals tomorrow without him.

On surface you have a point but consider this- it was the club that leaked both the initial story and subsequently a word by word account of the argument. Done via 'club sources'
We should have kept this in house but instead the club has made Barton wboth an excuse and a scapegoat. Perfect distraction from the worst start to a season the club has ever made.
Barton should have been told (not asked) that he was to stay off Twitter and talksport. He clearly feels that he isn't in the wrong and has taken his argument public- he probably feels justifiable as club made the incident public knowledge. Why should he be trialled by media without an opportunity to put his side across?
Keep seeing him being blamed for our problems and for slowing down the team- he's one player and ultimately it is the manager who is responsible for the performance of the team - up to this incident he certainly viewed Barton as a key player.
From a rangers fan who was very critical of his signing in first place.

Some of what he said was true. Too many of last years team think that beating Championship teams makes them good enough for the SPL. So far few have proved that they are capable of moving up a league and we still don't have a leader on the Park!

100% agree with joey Barton putting his side of story out club seems to be hanging him out to dry over this, what a distraction to to take heat off team same as nonsense after cup final get a story out in media to take attention from our lack of progress on the park sure gough etc had a few moments at training which never made the papers.

We really must have zero money to spend on transfers. Ball was available and surely was worth spending a bit of money on. he was outstanding in the old firm game and 1 for the future. could only get better imo. disappointed Stubbs got him also.

OR We didn't want him?! we have 2 players that ARE CDM's. we have 3 box to box midfielders and we have 3 attacking mids. why would we want ball?! He wasn't a CB, he couldn't shift Kiernan and Wilson.

Completely relieved with them getting Ball. Great player, just not a CB.
All that's needed now is for Stewart to go to Birmingham or QPR and that'll be perfect.

Dont think Ball was that great a player in all honesty. Yes he maybe done well in a few games last season but also looked shaky in a few. Definitely no room in this years squad for him. Rotherham can have him.
