The next transfer window is vital for the club with players leaving and potential signings, so our recruitment needs to be spot on.
Media rumours are linking us with previous targets mainly Dykes, Whittaker, Yates, but we really should be looking to widen our search globally.
Do we use former players such as Craig Moore to assist us in the recruitment process, as someone mentioned his name in the media recently?

I read that about Moore and the Georgian player, but it's not quite as black and white as us doing nothing. The boy was getting touted at 10m, so even If we had have been interested, it would have been futile. I think Moore, and the MSM, were twisting this a bit to make a story. A crap story!

Craig Moore has recommended various players, however Ross Wilson wanted deals with agents he had used in the past. The Georgian boy was offered to rangers the window before on a loan to buy. It was not seen as something they wanted to do. This window is an opportunity for other agents to get foot in the door.

Wouldn't waste the money on Dykes, Whittaker, Yates, we can find better than that level. we deserve better than that level.

Sell Lundstram, Davies, Colak, Kamara, Lawrence yes i said sell Lawrence he was a free for us and may keep getting injured so cash in now, and don't sign Tillman unless we are going to play him as a attacker where he is more dangerous than played in midfield where is mince.

we could bank 15-25 mill potentially just selling those 5.

and spend then sign Olaru, Popescu, Gilmour, Cifuentes, Solbakken and Walton, solve the LW, RW, CDM, CM and GK positions.
then along with the remaining squad after the out of contracts are released except Kent and Morelos.
add 2 more CF's and 2 solid CB'S and we will murder Celtic next season and have a decent run in europe as well.

the Georgian lad lol you mean Khvicha Kvaratskhelia 22 yr old that wears maradona's old club number/ shirt 77 for the heavily revived Napoli a teams transfer/ player scouting mopdel we should be studying as that squad was rebuilt with a bunch of young relatively unknown players and is now respected worldwide again.

that Georgian lad would never be at Rangers, He is a phenomenal player.

Laudrup 15/ 25m more like around 10m for the first 4 and why sell Lawrence, i wouldn't sell him, along with them i would sell Barasic Hagi and Wright then we will not be far off 20m, would like Gilmour Cifuentes Olaru Solbakken, Popescu will probably be out our budget not wages buying price, we need a couple of quality defenders.

I think we'd get 1.5m tops for BB if we sell. And for Wright? Well, I'm not expecting much at all for him. If his fee is to fund new players, then it might cover the cost of a physical for one of the new players.

And I'm with you on, Lawrence. Why sell a player who looked the part before his injury?!

Just because the press won`t widen their net with their rumours doesn`t mean the club haven`t . Beale has already shot down the Dykes and Willock stories and the Whittaker one is just lazy journalism . Even you have forgotten we have been linked with Koreans, Hondurans, Ecuadorians, Nigerians and Norwegians all playing in various countries . Sounds like a pretty wide net to me.

So Raskin you want to keep a player that has spent more time at rangers in the treatment room in his first season, despite a good start under Gio, He wasn't beales signing and was a free transfer, once fit sell him on and buy a younger sellable asset. If Lawrence ain't in Beales vision going forward he will be sold, deal with it,

I would be constantly asking former players to recommend names they know of within Thier countries that we could snap up on cheap. They probably watch Thier own countries leagues far more often and know the players better.

Just look at JJ recommended morelos.
