Andy, I’ve given Dessers as much a hard time as anybody but that park was completely unplayable and the amount of times the ball bounced up was unbelievable. I doubt he has ever played on a park that bad in his life. I wouldn’t even want my daughters playing on that.

Raskin we were playing dumbarton he should have had hattrick in first 20 mins. You can't rely on him taking chances when you only have a couple. He might turn out to be a great impact sub but ask yourself if he would start for hearts or aberdeen.

Yea we need a striker but Dessers will contribute in the rest of season, pitch didn’t help much and actually played well considering, do I want him starting against the Tim’s NO.

I sometimes wonder if our fans want players to do badly to say I told you so, the hatred of dessers at times for me is way over the top, he's had some excellent moments to say otherwise is blind or ignorant, he also has had some awful moments no denying that but give the guy a break man, horrendous conditions on a winter night in Dumbarton honest to god.

I know big dessers is not a natural finisher but even when he misses the guy never hides and gives his all ?He always puts in a shift with his work rate and most definitely is one of the whipping boys ?I'm not saying for one second that dessers is the answer to our no.9 problem going forward, but the guy isn't as bad as some would want/ have you believe on here ? Let's get behind the guy and see what happens regarding our problematic no.9 position ?I most certainly back every rangers player and don't hate any of them whether i think there not for us long-term or not ? It makes any player worse when supporters are constantly on their backs lend some support to these certain players why don't you ? Some of the names dessers has been called on here is way out of order imo and definitely not called for ?.

Very true but! Doesn’t change we need better up front I think he very much still has a big role to play for us this season although if you watched him the other day you would have seen him put his first three shots really close to the target . if his target was the moon ? he is a good team player and works hard I’ll give you that and has the odd flash but so did the likes of sebo itten.

Raskin, i still play amateur football on pitches and conditions like that every other week. We have a striker who doesn't have a problem scoring in conditions like that. We are making excuses for him mate open your eyes.

And its simply an observation that he wouldn't start for 3rd and 4th so called best teams in the league so he certainly isn't good enough to be our main striker. Most people know that. You won't beat celtic regularly with a misfiring striker just ask Morelos.
