He doesn't! He might have been a decent player in the MLS, but he's been very poor with us. If Lundstrum signs a new contract and stays, and with Raskin, Sterling and Diomande to chose from, he now finds himself at least 5th choice. Time to get rid!

My guess is Jack and Dowell are moved on/ leave (given Clement's comments about how many of our players are injured) and we have a midfield group of Lundstram, Raskin, Cantwell, Diomande, Sterling, Cifu. Of whom Diomande and Cantwell can cycle in to the front three if needed.
