What's the general consensus on Beale?

Despite his record I have major doubts that's he's the man to overthrow Celtic.

Only fair to judge him when he has his own team.

But he's had a very decent start in terms of getting 3 points on the board.

I’m happy with him so far and Cantwell and raskin good signings and points tally has been good - problem is they have been relentless since their new manager came on board and on par with Rodgers results I think - also we don’t have the same budget making it all the more difficult - as we all know though lose matches cups and leagues to them means only one thing soon enough for any rangers manager ??????.

Let's just hire and sack 2 managers ever season until we are better than Celtic then. He's done a very good job, signings been better, results better, performances better so I'm happy with him.

I wish he'd have been here for the start off the season, he had an impossible job trying to claw back a 9 point lead to a Celtic team that rarely drop any points, I blame gio for this situation we find ourselves in, he's the only Rangers manager that I remember losing two league titles in the one calender year.

I have reservations that he will succeed! If we get put out the cup by the tims, and then can't beat them at Ibrox, I fear he'll be gone sooner rather than later. I really hope I'm wrong!

I think he's doing a good job so far with a team that's not his. The 2 signings he brought in (Raskin and Cantwell) have improved us so I'd like to see who he brings in during the summer window. He's only lost 2 games since he came in, albeit that was to them, however none of them were absolute pumpings Gio led us to over them. He had a difficult job trying to overturn a 9 point deficit which was inflicted by Gio (who should have been sacked earlier) . We are on course to potentially finish high 80's, low 90's points tally which other teams have won titles with - the down side is that Celtic barely drop any points.

Fully behind the Gaffer. Got a team badly needing changed an got them winning every game apart from them. Both signings look the part. Wait till puts together his own team, then judge but so far happy how it's going apart from obvious. And he's only been managing less than a year.

Beale undestands tactics on a whole different level than any manager we have had since 2012 period, for me he is the man to take back our rightful crown, most of the current team we have are part of Beales vision, few tweaks here and there as in new players in the midfield and defence mainly and we will tear celtic apart next season, and it won't cost more than 10-15 mill once we sell a few of the duds that don't work with his tactics, colak, Lundstram.
re sign Morelos, Kent and (Arfield for the bench) let the rest of the end of contracts go its time for fresh talent, with the same skill and mindset as Raskin and Cantwell.

Do not think he's is doing a good job, talks good game trying to convince everyone he's this great deep thinking coach. but results prove this not to be case, lost every game that mattered against them, unfortunately can't see it happening with Beale in charge, hope I am wrong.

Hard to judge as this isn't his team, yet.
Though any manager would be expected to win the games we have with this current squad.
He has lost the big games thus far but I do see a marked improvement in the team. So, he's getting a seven out of ten from me, which I fully expect to climb once he's assembled his own players.

IF he gets to assemble his own players.

I have faith in mb. His first old firm we should have won couple of dodgy substitutions cost us the 3 points. He will learn from that I hope. His second old firm I believe we win that if terrible mistakes are cut out as that's the reason we lost that game. So for me that's progress from the gio era when we were getting well beaten by them. Not to mention this still obviously isn't mb team. If his first two signings are anything to go by then I believe he is the man to take us forward. So many pundits etc saying celtic were really poor lots of mis placed passes but I don't look at it that way I believe we put a lot of pressure on them and made them make mistakes.

I wish Beale well and would like to see him as successful as previously well respected managers. I just hope he is given the support needed to bring in the players he wants and not be asked to rely on second rate alternatives as appears to have happened in the past.
The signing of Raskin and Cantwell bodes well for the future, if he can convince Morelos to stay that will be another major positive then he only needs another four or five first team starters of the same quality and I am ver confident that he will be successful.
it is 100% down to the Board to give him this backing!

As for results against Celtic in the next two games against them, I would put little on the final league game since it is an irrelevance in terms of the outcome of the League and we shouldn't get carried away with a victory. The Cup however is a different matter and it will be quite an achievement to win that game with the current squad!
