Could Kenny McDowall have the worst managerial record ever? Going by the level of the opposition and the results I can't think of a poorer period of play and I started attending games in the very early 80's. I am desperate for a short term fix till the summer to the clear out the deadwood

We despearately need a short term fix, Huggy. It's so obvious we need to give the place a lift. The EGM did that generally, but it now needs stimulation on the park. Big style.

Gutted that we are bringing in the young players from Newcastle. I would like to see Smith Foster Black Aird Daly Faure Simonsen Robinson all released but play Murdoch and a few of the other players not unknowns from NUFC. Add the fact that the management a term I use loosely have no tactical knowledge continuing on the previous few years. We have no style or pattern of play that you could develope the players under. Gutted at the lack of passion and ability on Sunday McCulloch is a spent force and should stand aside bring in Zaliuskas and give him a run he has been fit for a month now. A question to everyone, How many games in the lat three years have we dominated the play, controlled the midfield and generally left the Stadia thinking I enjoyed that game / player skills / ability? I can only think of two and one is the Motherwell game in the first season in the lower leagues. I read a lot of the regular posters and agree with a lot of the sentiment in the messages I fear for the future and don't think we will get the result we are looking for at the EGM if it happens. I am gutted at present and in all my life never thought I would consider not buying my season ticket but if this board remains I will take my time to think over the future. Taking my kids to see Manchester city v Hull this weekend hopefully to show them that football can be enjoyable. Tried explaining to my 6&9 year olds that the Ricksen atmosphere was enjoyed every week. Just to clarify my first season ticket was the year before Souness. I still remember meeting Big Jock Wallace as a young lad

Five coming in, Shane Ferguson is a fair player, they need beefing up anyway, have a feeling Vukvic could be good.

Is it just me, but does it look to anyone else like that is Celtic "buying" their cup final win today? Strip mining the talent from Dundee Utd.

{Ed039's Note - Not really, they were interested in the players well before they knew they would play each other in the cup final)

It looks like there buyin the best scottish talent and paying a fair price for it!they don't need to buy the league cup when our team don't put up a fight in the semi!

4.) What I don't unsderstand is why is GMS giving up a cup final place to move to a club he's already signing for in the summer? Yes he prob will win an SPL medal but he's pretty much got that in the bag the next few years. If it was me I'd cherish a non old firm cup win more than an old firm one.

I'd say it will be the wage rise which will be between 5 and 10 times his currentvwage. Be honest would you knock back an increase like that or delay it for 5 months of you were offeree it, Ivdoubt any of us would.

6.) Rm. Surely if it was a case of wait 5 month to get a bigger signing on fee he should have went that way, as I would, honestly mate, probably got bigger wages in England also.

On Rangers website he has tendered his resignation and will serve his 12 months notice. He has cited personal reasons.

That's a great image to have. We partially got an insight into the old days at Fernando Ricksen game with a good crowd, positive atmosphere and everybody supporting the one cause. As someone once said " I have a dream. " Give me back our Rangers best wishes to George and the fellow supporters who have the privilege of changing the Board in London

He is back training and has been for about 4 weeks. He played in a recent under 20 game at Murray park. Just bizarre why he wasn't at least on the bench for the last few games and get at least 10-20 mins game time.
