Maybe the latest actions are a sign of things to come, perhaps Ashleys plan is for Rangers FC, to become a feeder club for Newcastle United.
Whilst at the moment one could argue at least we are getting someone. Is this really the way we want to go? and a sign of things to come under Ashley.
Could it be his plan all along is to use Rangers as the Feeder Club, not bothering if we win things or not, just like he does at Newcastle. Then take the youngster back to the Premiership and sell them on for Premiership prices. You will always pay more for a Premiership club player than you will for SPL player.
Remember this is the man that pocketed £122m whilst not paying his low paid workers what the y are due when he made them jobless. Guys like Mike Ashley always have an alliterative motive, but it always evolves around him making money, no one else but him.
I think we have to be a bit smarter in our protests, start using the things Ashley wants against him. At the same time as not starving the club of gate receipts so we don't need his loans.
He wants free advertising because of the size of the audience and media coverage, So let's start using the the same audience and media coverage to display our concern about with Big banners, expose his immoral greed, he makes his fortune by with his use of Zero ours contracts, let's find out where his own brand merchandise is made, i. e if made in India or the likes how much are these worker being paid.
Cant beet a good big banner criticizing not, only his involvement with just rangers but his ethics in the rest of his business, splashed across the press.
This way, along with his advertising goes Bad publicity, as the media report - Make it a marketing nightmare for him. To the point it become s more of a hassle for him that it is worth.
Those in the main stand for the first 10 mins of every match, don't watch the match but turn there backs on the director seating area, let's let the whole world see our dislike for them, and the let the media portrait the same.
Lets organise protests out side his shops, for his use of Zero hours contracts, and not to buy rangers merchandise from here.
Lets advocate the use of his rival DW sports, let's support him to squeeze him even more, so that Operating in Scotland is not profitable for him.
Send signed petitions from fans to the board pledging not to buy merchandising so they know not to order stock, that way they can't over order stock, and Ashley has to pay something back. This will also add pressure to the board, as they are legally obliged to act on behalf of all shareholders.
Start an online petition to get the number of signatures we need to have our case heard by politicians to look at accounts and the business dealings of the board.
Hold protests at McGill bus depots, until Easedale either sells or stops supporting Ashley, also set up social media campaigns advocating boycotts
Lets think of some catchy tunes to sing at matches to get Ashely out. It is better to single out one board member rather than them all, get them out one by one, the old saying Untied they stand Divided they fall.

What I am still trying to work out is what is Easdale getting out of this, there has to be something underhand going on here. No one in there right mind would sign up to the conditions Ashley imposes unless they are getting something from this, especially as so called life long fan.
He must know that we get next to he haw for TV in this country so the 4 major income streams are
1. Gate Receipts. - These are down because no one want Ashely, so he is by his action endorsing the fall in revenue
2. Retail Sales - We now make the least from Retail out of any club in the country, circa £2k I do believer for 6 month?
3. Advertising - Ashley get to effectively advertise for HE Haw, as such he has endorsed this fire sale.
4. Player sales - Under selling McLoud for half his market value.
So with out the above income streams we will never compete again, as it is this income stream that allow us to punch above our weight in the Scottish game.
Now I could almost accept the above is it was because Ashley bought all the rights up front for there market value, but he has invested next to SFA in us, as it is all Loans. And indeed if anything it is these deals that have led us to where we are,
I ask would be in the current predicament, if, we had the circa £4m p. a. we historically generate from Retail, The Historic Advertising income, and the gate receipts buy people turning up. So in effect the man who deliberately caused the situation stands to benefit greatly. So why on earth would you endorse the man.
So once again I ask are the above actions, that of a man that stands to gain nothing from endorsing Ashley at every turn. Or the actions of a man that stands to gain something?

Off course money is leaking out of Ibrox Left Right and Chelsea. Easiest way to look at it is this, as it stand the player budget at Ibrox as % of Turnover is one of the lowest around. 99% of clubs would love to have there player budge at 30-35% of turnover.
Normally this is the biggest expenditure. So you have to ask why are we in this mess, if our player budget is the lowest it ever has been.
Answer, because the board are either squandering or rewarding them self. Why do you think every year for the past 3 years there has been all the misinformation and delays when it comes to issuing the yearly accounts. Is this the actions of peopel with nothing to hide?
