Lets be honest guys - EPL teams are paying more than that for 'prospects' look at the lad from Man utd we have - 20-30m depending what report you read.
start at 20 and negotiate to 15 with mega bonuses etc. and even then they are getting him cheap. (& not just bassey by the way)
