If it’s almost done it will be interesting to see who is appointed as Beales number 2.

Like i said from the start Onewaltersmith done and dusted beale will be our new manager with neil banfield, kevin thomson and tom culshaw all part of his backroom team, just like i stated on here on monday afternoon ?.

Sabbatical cut short scoops to day told you so?

Not keeping score but it feels like you are 18-2 down on 100% def guaranteed happenings?.

I really hope you are right. The Pros far outweigh the Cons.

Good for u Walter, wonder how he will feel not being first pick.

Great to see we r getting a management structure on the cheap.

I will not be supporting that decision, The way Gio was treated does notcrepresent the values of the club that i know.
Beale is not a better manager than Gio and tge first thing he will do is drop Colak and hail Morelos as a £20m player!

Coops, less than a week ago you were telling us GVB would remain for at least rest of season.

Welcome back sir Walter yes you called it and fair play to you.

I agree McAlpine. We used to have certain standards and we stood out for it.

Well done on calling out the bookies favourite Coop ?.

McAlpine - -although I think Gio was on a very shaky hook, he has had to deal with a massive injury list over months. Maybe some as a hang over from last year.
However on the points you make about the values of the club, i have to agree with you - - the whole thing seems wrong for the last couple of seasons. We haven't dealt with ANY situation whether through the courts or backing the manager for some time now.
Worrying times. and now another court case for 'damages'?
Everyone else associated with our Tax case is getting millions in damages but we as a club, that suffered the most are getting nothing! - - - Am not a happy bunny!

I have no problem acknowledging that you called it right SWS, really well done. As a fan, I really enjoy reading your rumours along with John27 and other good posters.

Everyone should keep posting their info in good faith on understanding that plans and intentions in football can alter or change quickly.

Not convinced this will be the right appointment as others have said looks like we are doing this on the cheap, I just don't think Beale has the experience required to be in charge of our great club.

14.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 11:24:25
Not for me. Another cheap option to a problem. Can only assume and hope, he is given the rest of the season to create his team vision for next year.

15.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 11:37:28
If true it's a really uninspiring decision.

The one thing I wanted from the next appointment was a manager who united most, if not all, of the fan base.

Unfortunately Beale isn't that man, and when our fan base are divided we create a pretty toxic environment in and around the club.

16.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 12:00:46
Not sure how it's the cheap option when there are managers who are unemployed we could go for.

17.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 12:12:26
Well done coops. Beale and the staff will get my full support. Actually looking forward now to the resumption ?.

One of the good guys and honourable posters on here The Seeker and many thanks pal, very much appreciated ???.

24 Nov 2022 12:41:11
If Beale is the man then not only does he need the fans support 100% but the board need to support him and his staff 100% too, by allowing HIM to pick new players and not have average players thrust upon him.
We will need several transfer windows to rid ourselves of dead wood and get some stability moving forwards I would think?

20.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 12:52:50
U r right, no buy out clause.
Bit paying say Beale 20k a week ie one million

Or dyche 60k a week, ie three million
It’s the cheap option.

21.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 13:04:34
Didn't want dyche and his style anywhere near us but let me add IF that's who became our new manager i'd have got right behind him and backed him to the hilt ?.

22.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 13:57:01
Is Neil Banfield coming Coops? I’m not sure that’s guaranteed.

23.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 14:50:03
I'm told beale will want to bring him mate and that's all i know regarding that mate ?.

24.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 14:55:32
Welcome back after 2 days? Behave ?.

25.) 24 Nov 2022
24 Nov 2022 16:21:18
McAlpine, I fully agree and that is down to our Chairman, our CEO and our Board of Directors. That is a problem that won't change until we change the people at the top!
