Rangers are close to signing Maccabi Tel Aviv right winger Omer Atzili.

Israeli media reporting that a bid has been accepted by his club and the player is close to agreeing terms.

I highly doubt this, he was involved in a case with underage minors, although the case was dropped there were text messages that proved him and another player, were involved in it. I hope he is nowhere near our club.
