Butland and Cifuentes done. Cifuentes should be announced after LAFCs CONCAF final, second leg 5th of June.
Decision to be made on Tillman early next week. Has a very good relationship with a few key players and they've been trying to get him to sign.

Why would butland end mccrories rangers career verdant. Do you think we will go next season with just one keeper. Mcgregor is away and soon to be joined by mclaughlin. We need not one but two keepers brought in. If mccrorie is good enough he'll win the number 1 Jersey.

I don't think right now is the right time for Mcrorie to be handed the jersey for nxt season. IMO, Butland would be a great signing and we should be going for him. Mcrorie is still too young. I do think he should be our no2 though. If you put a keeper in when he's not ready then it can be devastating for him in the long run confidence wise. I reckon if Mcrorie can still be patient and learn from Butland (hopefully), then he will be in good stead to take the gloves when Butland moves on (4yrs) . Because Mcrorie has been steady and reliable when called upon, doesn't mean he's ready to handle Europe, league and old firms. A few mistakes and the fingers get pointed and there goes the confidence. I think we have a future no1 there but not just now. There's a reason he's still being overlooked, he gets watched daily in training, Imo it's his age and experience.

Even if he went to championship he could end up on more money and be playing as first choice with chance to improve his career. So yeah hopefully the boys not daft.
And Lowry should get himself out on loan to another prem team this year before we ruin his career too.

McCrorie was never going to Man Utd, they were looking for experienced back up for De Gea and would never have risked having McCrorie in that role. They signed Dubravka and then Butland both on loan which shows what they were looking for . The usual nonsense from the MSM. If McCrorie were to leave Rangers he would have to take a step down to hopefully get back to a bigger club .

I said earlier in the season the Tillman option was at £4.5m, We’re more than happy willing to pay that.
Sterling has also been up at Ibrox and Auchenhowie having a look around. We Backed out of talks with Arsenal for Trusty as they wanted too much for him.
Not heard anything regarding Palma.
