there will be a couple of gems in England, mark. especially a strong centre half, i like mcnair as a can, and i would be having a close look at the ni team, lot of good young talent there and like mcnair some might have rangers history.

Linked with him past couple seasons so should know the guy inside out. We need a younger version of Balogun. Big strong physical player with a bit of pace that won't get bullied. Good in the air in both boxes.

Dion Sanderson, so I now live in the Midlands and was recently asked to attend the Birmingham City vs Cardiff (I booed Ramsay) game for hospitality with work.

Sanderson was an absolute bomb scare in that game, his own fans are basically happy to see him go. We shouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

However, there is a Japanese boy Miyoshi who would be worth a look, creative.

a centre half who can defend corners and a left back who doesn't play hide and seek at corners or cross balls and tackles without falling on his arse or hoofing the ball upfield to linesmen or ball boys should be the priorities . not a right footed left back would also be nice nor a right footed left centre half too, these things can be sorted, must advise all agents .

There are some decent quality centre backs in the English Championship however a player at Birmingham that has just been relegated and seeped goals all season.
Strangely enough, George Edmundson has been one of the best defenders in the English Championship and it didn't work out for him at Rangers.
Bottom line for me, we need to see a serious upgrade in the quality of players signed, for too long we have been bringing in seriously substandard players and if our Board is serious about winning the league this needs to change.

Paul86, you're 100% correct we are playing Birmingham pre season, however no date fixed yet however we know it won't be played at Ibrox.
