i've long said derek mcinnes is a very good manager, i knew him as a boy who is a diehard rangers fan, , i'm aware some rangers fans don't agree, but he has a great reputation and i for one don't understand why he is so underestimated by rangers fans, he refused to come under a previous regime, but he was, to me a serious option, i don't understand what beale is doing, i really hope he gets it right but almost everything was the same old tav ount into the box, this is a real worry for europe because there's no shape to this team, no plans and little difference,
