sometimes you can't win the ball when it comes in as there will always be mis-matches. the idea is to jump, lean into the opposition to make sure their header isn't clean. That happened numerous times where Dio managed to stop their 6 ft 4 centre back getting a clean header. crosses will come in as we can't stop the, people will get their head to the ball but we need to make sure they aren't clean. we managed that last night.

Interesting that this guy should want to go to Norwich than come to us, and before anyone starts criticising this comment, I acknowledge that in general the English Championship is a better league than the SPL. However, anyone with ambition will want to win trophies and play in Europe. I don't see that happening any time soon with Norwich, but it is certainly a strong possibility on an annual basis, with us.
If it is based solely on money then so be it, and Norfolk is a nice quiet part of England.

I can beat that stig, was walking up from Asda Blantyre past the welfare club with my kids when they were 6 and 4 pushing my sons scooter whilst carrying the groceries, scooter hit a hole in the pavement and I went head first over the handlebars cracking 3 ribs but I didn't drop the groceries, straight back up looking to see if anyone noticed, as you do, but holy, never felt pain like it ??.
