It's not going to happen. We need to find players that have yet to be identified by EPL Clubs. I am confident that it will happen with our current Management Team but it will take time. Let's just hope that when we do sign players of this calibre we hold on to them for a few years before we sell them!

Agree RE: Cifu - he's not had a great run in the team, but I think there's a player in there. I think the last few games he's played he's been good, he's looked after the ball and made a few good blocks/ interceptions.

I'd ignore the performances under Beale personally where we didn't have a style of system at all.

Agree Walter there's a player in Cifu and hopefully we get to see it soon enough. Lundstram was guff til he got used to our game and now he's a mainstay.

Cifu has been man of match a couple of times lol. Had a couple wee injures also but he's defos a player, just needs some time.

GMS, Cifu was the last summer signing and had a couple of injuries. He's played in a World Cup. If Big Phil can get the most out of him we'll have a good player on our hands.

GMS - Cifu has a defined role in the team as a central/ box-to-box midfielder. One of Lammers biggest issues for us was he/ we couldn't work out where to play him. He wasn't quick enough to play wide, he wasn't effective playing as a 10. We just couldn't accommodate him any longer when he was having such limited impact in the final third.

I actually think he has something int he locker, but that we're not the right team/ league to see the best of him. Sometimes it just doesn't work out and that's OK. Weirdly I thought he might actually best as a back to goal Center Forward for us, taking the ball in and laying it off, but for whatever reason he/ the manager doesn't seem to want to play there.

I read the other day this lad will be signed by Bournemouth and loaned to hibs for 18 months.

The Bournemouth owner has a % in hibs and is looking to send all their new young raw signings to hibs to get British football experience and then take them to England around 22 ready for the challenge of English premier.

Read that just 3 days ago.
